Betrothed To The Mafia Lord

Chapter 326

Chapter 326

Sofia’s pov

“How are you this stunning?”

I turned around as soon as I had heard Luca’s voice to see him staring at me from the other side of the

room, wth his hands deep in his pockets as he looked me up and down with a burning heat brewing

inside his eyes. I grinned and rolled my eyes a little.

“I have no idea of what you’re talking about.” I finally responded as I turned around to continue applying

my eyeliner and mascara. It was a good thing I knew how to do my eye makeup on my own, because I

know that I always have to look good as the wife of Luca. Once I was done with my eyes, I was

applying some gloss on my lips when Luca came to stand behind me and I shivered a little when his

hard body pressed against me from behind. I glanced at him in the mirror before me and bit on my

bottom lip when he slide his hands around my hips and up to thumb my nipples a little. He finally

settled them on my hips and whispered a low ‘fuck’ in my ear that made me swallow down a whimper.

“You’re so fucking stunning.” He breathed out after another moment and I’ve got to admit that he was

actually right.

The dress he had gotten for me had no back, and I had to wear it without a bra. The hands were tiny

ropes and the length was only a little bit past my butt. There was once a time when I saw dressing like

this as uncomfortable and really saddening, but now that I was used fo dressing in so many short

cloths, I’ve come to grow into being really comfortable in even the most revealing of clothes.

“Thank you.” I finally responded as I ruffled my hair a little, and because he was still griping my waist

and I wanted to capture this moment– I brought out my phone and positioned it over my face and took

a picture.

Luca collected the phone and took another picture with the phone covering his face this time and he

sent the picture to himself before handling me back my phone.

“We’re almost running late already.” Luca hummed as he glanced at his wrist watch, just as I was

getting my shoes on.

“I’m almost ready.”

———-

We were now in the car, being driven towards our destination by a driver I didn’t know.

“So, bunny– we’re going to a club, hm?” Luca began to speak and I nodded my head after a moment.

“Have you ever been to a club before?” He asked and I shook my head.

“Nope, I’ve never. Is it like a normal club?” I asked and he chuckled.

“What do you think a normal club looks like?” He asked.

“Uh, I don’t know, I guess it looks like a …club?”

Luca only laughed at that. “You’re so cute, bunny. Also, no. It’s most definitely not a normal club.”

He continued after a moment, as he reached for my hand and tangled it with his. “This one is quite

different, because it’s dangerous. It’s where dangerous people gather to discuss business.”

I blinked a little while digesting all what he was saying.

“Business?” I asked.

“Dirty business. He responded and I nodded my head even though I still do not understand what he

meant.

“Mafia business, bunny. Things relating to mafia and its businesses– that’s dirty business.” He

continued and I felt my mouth fell open a little.

So that was what it meant, and where we were also going.

A small tremble went through me as I tried to imagine what we were going to be meeting at the club.

“Are you scared, bunny?” He asked and because I was always honest with him, I nodded my head in

response.

“Don’t be, okay? Nothing’s going to happen to you– all you have to do is to trust me and do as I say,

okay?” He continued and I nodded my head along with all what he was saying.

“Okay.” I responded.

“Don’t accept a drink from anyone, don’t speak or respond to anyone except me, and always stay by Belongs to (N)ôvel/Drama.Org.

my side, are you following, bunny?” He asked and I nodded my head instantly, the rules sounded pretty

easy.

“The third rule is very important – never leave my side for a fleeting second, because you could get

kidnapped in the blink of an eye that way, okay?” He continued and I nodded my head vigorously, while

wondering about how bad the club could be.

“You only speak to me, when I ask you a question, okay? And finally, I want you to trust me, hm?” He

paused and grasped my jaw till I was facing him.

“You might see something’s there that might unnerve you, but I don’t want you to think about it too

much or let it get to you, okay?” He continued and I nodded my head instantly.

“One more thing. Keep in mind that I’m not like the men you’d be seeing once we get there, okay? I’m

not like them in any way.” His voice was lower when he said this last rule, like he was unsure but

needed to make me understand regardless. I palmed his face in my hands and smiled at him a little as

I spoke.

“I know you’re different, you’ve always been different, in such a good way.”

He remained quiet after that, but he turned his head a little and pressed a kiss into the midfle of my

palm, and I can swear that the inside of that palm tingled in response.

———-

As we alighted the car, Luca held my hand in his and I held my head high as we walked. I noticed eyes

on me instantly, but paid them no heed, because I was already quite used to the attention that being

the wife of Luca brought.

When we got into the club, just after the bouncers had taken a look at Luca and had almost fallen on

themselves as they respectfully ushered us in– and for some reasons, what I saw in the club, was quite

different from what I had been imagining throughout the rest of the car ride.
