At that moment, Nash and Nina were exchanging rings when Remi burst in.
"Wait! You're already finishing the ceremony, and I haven't even given you my gift yet?" Remi's loud voice cut through the crowd, leaving the guests exchanging uneasy glances.

Micah firmly gripped her wrist. "I don't know if you plan to ruin the wedding, but you weren't invited. So why are you here?"
Freya moved in swiftly, wrapping an arm around Remi's waist.
Remi noticed the movement but was not quick enough to stop her. After all, Freya was well-trained and she had a responsibility to protect both Micah and Nina.
