Hannah scowled and tried standing up, this time he released his grip from her.

She dropped the bottle on the kitchen counter while staring into nothing. The thoughts of Brandon kissing her kept playing in her mind.

She tried pushing the thoughts away but it just kept coming back. She poured herself another glass of water and gulped it down.

“Why am I thinking about him?” she said to herself and walked out of the kitchen. Immediately she walked out of the kitchen, the front door opened revealing Arianna and the kids. They had closed from school.

“Mommy!” the kids yelled and rushed towards her.

“Hey, sweethearts,” Hannah muttered happily as she saw her children.

“How was school today?” she asked, smiling.

“Grandma took us to buy ice cream when we closed” Aubrey voiced out

“Mommy, can grandma take us to school every day?” Jamie grinned

“And can she pick us up from school every day?” Addison suggested.

“Our classmates will be attending with their parents too,” Allison spoke out

“And the matching clothes too,” Jasper said

“Any color is okay by us, but you and Daddy must wear the same color” Jaxon added

“Of course sweethearts, anything that would make you guys happy” Hannah who was waiting for the kids to finish speaking finally spoke.

“OK kids, go to your room now and wait for me, I’ll be there in a bit,” Arianna said and the kids nodded happily before running upstairs to their room.

“Careful!” Hannah yelled and Arianna laughed.

She had almost forgotten she was going to attend their school event. She was glad they reminded her.

“These children never cease to amaze me,” Arianna said and Hannah smiled.

“I’m so sorry, they must have stressed you so much” Hannah stated and Arianna laughed.

“Don’t say that, they are not stressing me, they make me so happy and feel alive” Arianna said and then checked the time on her phone.

“You came back early from the office today,” Arianna said as she walked to the kitchen and asked the maid to order something for the kids. Hannah trailing behind her.

Just then a message popped into her phone.

“Yeah, we attended a house party of some man named Edward,” Hannah said and Arianna raised her eyebrows.

“Edward? He’s in town?” she asked as she started going through her phone.

“Yeah, you know him?” Hannah asked

“He’s been a friend of Colby’s for a long time. I didn’t know he was in town” Arianna said, her eyes still fixed on her phone.

“I heard they’ve moved into town permanently,” Hannah said and Arianna hummed and then dropped her phone.

“I need to go meet the kids before they turn their room into a mess,” Atianna said and Hannah nodded in response with a smile on her face. Arianna love her kids so much, she’s literally the best grandma her kids ever had.

She sighed softly and decided to go back to her room. She was sure Brandon must have left.

She entered the room and luckily she found the room empty. She sighed in relief and bolted the door.

She was sure Brandon had gone to his study room, so she locked the door to prevent any further disturbance from him.

She sat on the bed and noticed his car key was there and his phone too. She frowned.

He must have left it here so he could come back here again, or I’m I wrong? She paused as she stared at the bathroom door that was opened.

She hoped her thought was wrong. She walked to the bathroom and to her greatest surprise, she saw Brandon peeing.

“Oh my!” She muttered and quickly looked away in a rush and tried rushing out of the bathroom when she fell and hit her head on the door and sat on the ground.

“Ouch!” She cried and tried standing up from the ground as she held her head.

Brandon, who was done peeing, laughed and washed his hands. He dried his hands with the hand towel and moved towards the petite woman who was sitting by the bathroom door.

“You could have told me you wanted to see it, I would have shown you without you hurting yourself,” Brandon said and sighed and then he carried the woman from the ground and dropped her on the bed.

“Does it hurt that much?” he asked as she closed her eyes while her hands were still on her head.

“I’m fine, just leave, ” she said and Brandon smiled.

“I will leave, but first tell me, did you like what you saw just now?” Brandon asked and Hannah opened her at once.

“What? I didn’t see anything” she said and Brandon rolled her eyes.

“You little liar, ” he said as he bit his lips and Hannah felt her cheeks turn red immediately.

“I promise, I didn’t see anything,” she said as her cheeks flushed.

“Then why are you blushing?” He asked and she closed her eyes feeling embarrassed.

She then opened her eyes and frowned at him.

“Get out!” She said and Brandon stood up.

“Your frown looks don’t scare me. You look like a cute little cat” Brandon said and Hannah stared at the man in amusement.

Just then Brandon’s phone vibrated and a text message popped in.

He picked up his phone and stared at the text message. He then stood up and walked towards the door. He tried opening it and then he realized it was bolted.

He turned to Hannah.

“Did you lock the door because you wanted to seduce me?”

“What?! No!” Hannah yelled as she stared at Brandon whose mind was filled with dirty thoughts.

Brandon laughed as he saw the look on Hannah’s face. He smiled and then walked out of the room.

Hannah heaved a sigh of relief, the moment he left.
