Darling, Don't Get Rid of Me

Chapter 29 Follow Me

Chapter 29 Follow Me

She used to be low-key and docile. She never refused him on sex but this was the first time.

The reason seems to be in common sense, but Wesley still showed an unpleasant look. He released

his hand for a while, and walked toward the door, saying, "Follow up."

Harriet frowned, took his coat and followed.

Wesley's car was parked in the independent garage of the apartment, and once Harriet got on the car...

"Could we do not make love here?" Harriet was nervous.

"What are you afraid of?"

Wesley looked at her calmly and self-confidently, "Are you nervous about your brother?"

Yes, she afraid that Colin found out. She knew that even they were photographed, the pictures would

not be published. Moreover, this was not the first time they made love in the car.

People with weakness were most likely to be suppressed. At this moment, Harriet saw a little threat

from the man's eyes. Her emotion changed slightly, "Hurry up, I have to pack up at night."

"You know my performance."

Because the stuff they experience, Harriet do not have the willing to please him anymore. She treated it

like a routine business and just let him do what he liked.

Wesley clearly sensed her idea, "Focus on it."

Harriet inhaled a cold air but she was annoyed, her wet eyes glared at Wesley, "Just find someone else

if you have so many requirements."

"Ah…"

After a long time, the car gradually regained the silence.

Harriet was exhausted.

Wesley slowly put on his clothes like he did not do anything before.

"I'm waiting for you here. You go back and pack your things."

Harriet propped up with her weak body and sorted her clothes. Hearing this, her hands on the button

was clenched slightly, "I won't go back to your apartment." Belongs to NôvelDrama.Org - All rights reserved.

Wesley's cold eyes narrowed slightly and glanced at her, "I don't mind if you want to do it here every

time, but It's hard to guarantee if your brother would have a whimsy to come down to check what

happened.

"You ..."Harriet gritted her teeth. "Don't you have a fiancéeée? Are you not afraid that I tell the truth to

her?"

"Don't play tricks. You do not have the ability to do that."

The complexity of interest entanglement in business marriage is a deep water, and it is not that such a

little life problem can be stirred up.

Harriet bit her rear molars, sorted out her clothes and got out of the car, slamming the door.

Wesley was decisive. Since he knew that Colin was her weakness, he would not just mention it. She

had to do what he said.

"Harriet, where are you going?"

Colin stood at the door with a key, dressed in a gray casual outfit. He just came back, changing slippers

at the door when he saw Harriet pushing a suitcase out of the bedroom.

"I will go to the crew filming tomorrow. I may not come back for a while. Please take care of yourself."

She put a bank card into Colin's hand, "You can spend the money on whatever you need. The

password is your birthday."

"Harriet, I don't need this."

"It's fine, just take it," Harriet said without doubt, "You have to keep the normal time schedule even

though I am not here with you. Don't be absent for the class."

"I know, but it's so late. It's not safe for you to leave alone. Let me escort you."

"It's okay, someone picks me up."

"Who?"

Harriet frowned, thinking of Wesley made her annoyed,

"You don't know him. He is my new agent."

Harriet hurriedly took the suitcase out as she though Colin would find out the truth if she kept talking,

and she pushed Colin back at the elevator.

"Go back. I don't need you to see me off. The suitcase is not heavy."

The elevator doors closed slowly, Colin sighed silently, distressed about Harriet's hard work.

After returning home, his eyes swept across the dining table, and then stunned for a moment.

His eyes fell on the gold-rimmed glasses on the dining table.

Harriet is not short-sighted, and the size and model of these glasses are not for women.

Back at the place where she lived for two years, the furnishings in the apartment remained the same as

before. She was bored and just locked herself into the bathroom.

The hot water from the shower hit her face, but it seemed she could not wash off his smell.

How could it be washed away as the house is full of his scent?

She asked herself if she would still be with him if she knew Wesley was such an overbearing man two

years ago.

She closed her eyes and got the answer almost without thinking. The predicament two years ago made

her have no choice but asked for help from Wesley.

Thinking of this, she was relieved about everything she had suffered, and came out of the bathroom

while wiping her hair after the shower.

The bedroom was empty, and the sound of water came from the separate bathroom outside.

Harriet glanced around and turned to find a hair dryer to blow her hair. Before finding the hair dryer, she

saw a mobile phone shaking at the head of the bed, Wesley's phone.

The word "Louisa" on the caller ID was too dazzling, her eyes suddenly turned cool a bit. She pressed

the answer button, and said slowly,

"Wesley is taking a bath now."

"Who are you?" The woman was a little shocked from her tone.

"Me?"

Before Harriet answered, Louisa had recognized her voice, "It's you."

The woman was over the phone last time she called Wesley.

"Where is Wesley? Put him on the phone."

"Miss, I have just said that he is taking a shower."

Harriet glanced back at the direction of the bathroom. The sound of the water had stopped. She had to

stop talking, "Call again later, it's too noisy."

She hung up the phone directly and deleted the calling recording of Louisa.

Wesley came out after bathing, only surrounded by a gray bath towel.

Harriet was facing the door of the room, sitting on the head of the bed blowing her hair, with the wet

hair resting on her shoulders.
