Chapter 59 Get in trouble
Chapter 59 Get in trouble
Molly stared at her in surprise, "Harriet?"
"It's me." Harriet sat down beside her.
Molly touched her exaggerated hairstyle and asked in disbelief, "When do you excellent makeup
skills?"
Molly had already figured it out her skills since she had been her agent for a period of time.
"It a secret." Harriet blinked playfully.
"What would you like to drink?" Molly waved the waiter.
Harriet thought about it and said, "Yogurt."
She ate a lot before she came out, and her stomach was pretty full.
"Would you not like a glass of wine?" It was Harriet's idea to hang out in the bar.
Harriet looked at other directions, "Just order it if you want."
Molly followed her gaze, "What are you looking at?"
Shaking her head, she took Molly's arm and got up to the dance floor, "Look at the handsome guys."
"Where are they?" Molly turned her head to look again, but she was crowded and could not see clearly
as the lights were dim.
"Stop searching. Let's go dancing." Harriet frowned secretly as she turned around.
Her body wobbled like a snake with the dynamic and passionate tunes. There was temptation in her
beautiful eyes and sometimes they are shining like stars. Although her makeup was vulgar, she got
attention from some men.
A tall man approached her quietly, holding her wrist suddenly.
She looked up and tried to pull her hand back.
The man dragged her, and said with a laugh, "Beauty, let's hang out together."
Molly had a great time and did not notice Harriet.
"Let go!" She shouted with her eyebrows raised.
But no one heard her as the music was so loud.
The man did not loosen her but hugged her out of the dance floor.
Harriet's eyes were cold, and she stamped her heel on the man's foot.
The man broke out a cry and let her go.
She hurried to hide from him soon.
But she was surrounded by three men before she escaped.
And the man who hugged her came closer and made a wink towards the three m, gathering around her
together.
Although the thong noticed what they were doing but they just stood aside as they thought they knew
each other and hung out at this bar.
Harriet was in a trap and did not know how to get rid of them. .
"Beauty, what are you afraid of as you have come here? I just want to hang out with you and have no
other intentions."
The man kept watching her body.
Harriet's eyes crossed a hint of anger. She had already vilified herself, how could she attract men?
Why did he have such preference?
Harriet converged her expression, thinking about how to escape.
Molly suddenly emerged from the side but she didn't the men around Harriet, thinking they were just
hanging out at the bar. Molly happily dragged her, "I have had a great time for dancing. I felt all my cells
turned to be energetic."
Harriet made an eye contact at her. Molly immediately noticed something was wrong as they had been
getting along well with each other.
"Harriet." Molly frowned slightly.
"Yeah, I am feeling great too." Harriet smiled but in fact she was helpless. She hoped that Molly could
save her.
Molly lowered her voice and asked her, "What should we do?"
The men did not know Harriet lips were moving as they could only saw her back.
Molly understood and asked her calmly, "Would you mind introducing these guys?"
The men approached them and Harriet blinked and explained, "Friends I just met. We just hung put
together."
"That's great. I am a bit boring to dance alone." Molly looked quite happy. Although she didn't look
particularly stunning, she had her instinct beauty. A man had glanced her for several times.
"Let's go. I promise you will have fun tonight." The man who called himself Mike would hug Harriet in
his arms when he got closer to her.
Fortunately, Harriet responded quickly, striding away to dodge his hands.
They were surrounded to the side corridor.
Shining Bar was the most luxurious, lively and popular bar in Folsom, not only because of its big
capacity and the best DJ, but also because of its strong background and the excellent service.
The public area of the bar was part of the dance floor, but the rooms were only available to VIP
customers. Not everyone could be a VIP who was rich and powerful.
Mike seemed to be rich as he waved a waiter for best room, handing a card to the waiter.
"Shall we follow them?" Molly winked at Harriet.
Harriet glanced at the direction of the bathroom then she bent over while touching her stomach.
Molly immediately held her and asked, "Harriet, what's wrong with you?"
"My...my stomach hurts..." Harriet performed it easily since she was an actress.
Molly was also affected by her, saying in panic. "What should I do? Do I need to take you to the
hospital?"
Molly turned back while holding Harriet. How could the men let them go? "Where are you going?"
"You see, her stomach hurts, and she has had stomach illness for a long time. What to do if she gets a
sudden acute gastroenteritis?" Molly was worried and tried to call 120 for emergency treatment.
And Harriet was crying to cooperate Molly. She curled up into a ball, which showed that she got a
severe pain.
Someone's sympathy was aroused, "Mike, shall we send her to the hospital?"
"Nonsense." Mike's sharp eyes fell on Harriet, "What a coincidence that she is just sick right now. I
would rather to see if she will die."
Harriet buried her head with her face darkened. She said with a trembling voice, "I...I want to go to the
bathroom."
Molly came with her and the man did not stop them. He made a wink with another man.
The man stepped forward and said, "Hand over your phones."
Molly frowned and raised her voice, "Why should I give you."
Harriet pulled her sleeves and motioned to give them the phones. These guys were not easy to mess
with. Just when she was next to the man, she felt that there was a hard thing in his waist that touched
her. If she guessed right, it should be a weapon.
Although Molly was puzzled, she glared at the man, but obediently handed over the phone.
Harriet also handed over hers, and then they were allowed to get in the bathroom.
The restroom on the side of the hallway was quiet, and there was no one when they came in.
Molly asked anxiously, "Harriet, who are they?"
Harriet shrugged helplessly, "I have no idea why he likes me."
"Ah." Molly froze for a moment.
Harriet whispered in her ear, "I suspect he has a gun with him, so we can't fight against them directly."
"How could we ask for help without our phones?" Molly said worriedly.
Harriet smiled at her mysteriously, "I have an idea."
Then she dragged her into a cubicle, "Put off your clothes."
"What for?" Molly hugged her chest with confusion.
Harriet patted her face, "What are you thinking? I will put on your inner clothes, then clean my makeup
and put off my wig. They will not recognize me!"
"Hey, smart girl!" Molly immediately started undressing her clothes.
Harriet took a small bottle from the bag and started to remove her makeup.
"You take the bottle with you?" Molly was shocked with her mouth opened.
It was just a coincidence as Harriet explained while applying it, "This makeup makes me uncomfortable
and I am going to remove it after hanging out for a while."
Molly gave her a thumb up and they quickly changed their clothes.
Harriet took off her wig, revealing her soft, flowing hair. After removing makeup, she had a simple
beauty which was so different from the dressing before.
"I will go out first. You lock the door and wait for me here." Harriet told Molly what to do and walked to
the door.
Outside the door, Mike leaned against the wall with a cigarette in his mouth. He looked up when
hearing the footsteps and was shocked by her innocent beauty.
Harriet walked out without squinting. She realized that their eyes were all on her.
Mike talked to her when she was almost at the door of the bar. "Beauty, wait a minute."
Harriet was frightened and quickened her pace.
But they soon caught up. Harriet ran away directly.
Seeing a waiter on the opposite side carrying a bottle of wine into a room, she was hit by a thought and
followed him into the room.
"Excuse—" She suddenly stopped when she looked up.NôvelD(ram)a.ôrg owns this content.
