Dear Ex-wife Marry Me

Chapter 133

Over the years, she never asked Neil for money, and Neil was always wrapped up in his own affairs,

rarely thinking about it.

Around him were Cristina, Tricia and Glenn.

Maja had a job and didn’t really need money

She just didn’t expect that the pocket money she asked Neil for last time because she was in a bind

would be taken back. Her lips twitched slightly.

‘Dad, take care of yourself. I’ve got things to do, so I’m leaving.”

‘Come on, you’ll only annoy me by coming here Since you’re married, you should behave like a married

person.”

Maja didn’t respond, just nodded and left closing the door of the hospital room behind her.

At the elevator, she ran into Tricia who came to see Neil.

Tricia didn’t look too good, but her eyes lit up when she saw Maja.

Maja thought of what Neil had just said and knew this sister must have blabbed something in front of him

So, she just nodded and asked, “Is your body recovered?”

“Much better. Did you have another fight with Dad? You seem a bit off. This belongs to NôvelDrama.Org.

Maja didn’t want to go into it. “I’ve got work to do. I am leaving first, keep him company.”

Tricia obediently said, “Okay.”

After Maja left, the smile in her eyes disappeared, revealing a hint of resentment.

She had planned to get closer to lan at the banquet, but lan didn’t show.up.

She felt let down all night and ended up at the hospital to rest.

It took a lot of effort to pull herself together. She even wore her prettiest dress that night.

Disappointment flashed in her eyes, but she knew she couldn’t rush things. There would always be

another chance.

After Maja got into the car, she felt a headache coming on and immediately contacted the real estate

agent to see if she could cancel the previous house purchase.

But they were very firm, the process had already started, and there was no way to refund the money

now

Maja was frustrated when Susan called again.

She sighed and answered the call.

“Maja just called your dad… It’s my fault, I was too hasty.”

Maja didn’t want to harp on her.

Back when their father was busy with work and their mother was giving birth it was Daly and Susan

who took her to the hospital.

The Pennyfeather family didn’t start out rich.

But now Neil didn’t want to back down, he had worked hard for many years and didn’t want his efforts

to go to waste.

Maja understood him, but she felt more and more that her father had become cold–blooded.

He could easily buy Glenn a mansion worth tens of millions but forget about the help Daly and Susan

gave in the past.

What Leo did was indeed too much, but transferring all the hatred to the Elston family and severing ties

was also wrong.

“Maja, I’m really sorry. You said you’d take care of it, but we’re talking about eight million dollars. I’ve

never seen that much money in my life. I thought about asking your dad, but he’s always been wary of

our relationship.”

Susan’s voice choked up a bit. Over the years, she and Daly had been trying to make up for Leo’s

mistake.

In fact, the money Leo stole, Daly had long returned to Neil.

“Don’t worry, I’ll find a way to borrow the money. You take care of Daly.”

“Oli says your husband’s a bad guy, is that true? Maja, if you’re not happy, just divorce him.”

Maja took a deep breath, “No need, I’m not getting a divorce. My husband and I have a good

relationship, don’t listen to those rumors.”

She lowered her head, so as not to worry the other party and to prevent Susan from trying to find her a

new partner, she said directly, “We love each other deeply, and he’s really a great guy.”

After hanging up, she saw lan standing not far away, with Ryan Elston by his side.

lan’s hand was bleeding, it looked like he accidentally reopened his wound, so he came to the hospital

to get it treated.

And Ryan was there with him.
