Dear Ex-wife Marry Me

Chapter 1905

Fitch didn't give her a second glance but scooped her up and made his way upstairs.

Upon reaching the room at the far end, Zoey saw that it had been completely redecorated. Everything was brand new.

The air was tinged with a faint scent, maybe that of some high-end disinfectant.

It seemed his obsession with cleanliness was quite extreme.

Wrapped in his figurative web, she found herself paralyzed with fear, unable to muster any will to resist.

As she was laid on the bed, her mind buzzed, and she instinctively tried to spring up.

But Fitch pinned her down and kissed her hard.

Zoey's mind was overwhelmed, as if a tidal wave had hit her, threatening to drown her.

She tried to struggle, but he easily caught her hands with one of his.

She felt like a fish on the cutting board, utterly immobilized.

As he forced her mouth open, she bit his tongue in anger, but he seemed unfazed, continuing his assault.

When one is driven to the edge of rage, strength to fight back simply evaporates.

All she could taste was blood, making the kiss feel more like a punishment than anything else.

But who was he to punish her?

Her world turned chaotic, all because of this man!

Tears streamed down her face as her eyes turned red with anger.

Fitch continued until both were breathless, then finally let her go.

Zoey glared at him with red eyes, though her look hardly held any threat now.

Fitch gently wiped her swollen lips with his fingertip, his eyes deep and dark.

Trying to turn her head away, he kissed her again.

Her lips were swollen, and her spirit too broken to resist.

After another ten minutes, Fitch seemed to have calmed down.

Zoey's cheeks were stained with tears, and she couldn't even bear to look at him.

He kissed away her tears, one by one.

Zoey felt a chilling despair, like prey trapped by a relentless hunter.

"Zoey, I was hoping to take things slow, but seeing you and your boyfriend so lovey-dovey, I thought, if I waited any longer, you two might have kids already," he said, his tone light as if jesting. But Zoey saw a flash of anger, resentment, and hurt in his eyes.

She found herself at a loss for words, her body no longer restrained, but she lacked the strength to fight back.

The stark difference in physical power between men and women was never more apparent than now, especially with a man as imposing as Fitch. Locked under his gaze, few could muster the strength to resist.

Feeling an overwhelming sense of injustice, Zoey bit her lip to hold back her tears, which now soaked her hair.

Fitch's fingers ventured to the most private of places.

Zoey shivered, pleading, "Please, Mr. Haskins, I beg you..."

How had things escalated to this point? She tried to recall every interaction with Fitch over the past few days. Though she might have been harsh concerning Nolan, she was only speaking the truth, out of concern for the child.

Was it her words that angered him, leading him to punish her in this manner?Content © provided by NôvelDrama.Org.

"Mr. Haskins, kapologize... I

shouldn't have spoken about Nolan that way. was just... just worried he might have a hidden illness you weren't disclosing to the school. If something were to happen, I truly couldn't bear the responsibility. I was wrong, please, don't do this..."

Her fear was palpable, especially with his finger so intrusively present, her whole body trembling.
