Dear Ex-wife Marry Me

Chapter 1966

lan gently placed Rosemary Sanders back on her feet, unable to bear her wailing any longer. Each time she did this, an outsider might think he was mistreating a child. Rosemary immediately scampered off.

Watching the two kids buzz around with energy brought a smile to lan's face.

He turned to Maja and asked, "Has Beck not managed to win her over yet?"

Maja checked the family group chat and noticed Beck hadn't chimed in for a while.

"Seems like it."

lan was surprised. The Sanders gene pool was exceptional; whether it was Maja's stunning looks or her brothers', they were top-notch. Add to that their immense wealth, and it was baffling that Beck hadn't succeeded.

"Does the girl not know about his background?"

"She knows, but clearly, she's not after money."Belonging © NôvelDram/a.Org.

"Then she must not be impressed by Beck's charm, haha. Used to living the high life without lifting a finger, and now he's struggling to woo a girl. Serves him right."

As soon as lan finished his sentence, Maja raised her hand and playfully slapped him across the face.

But it wasn't a slap born out of anger, just a bit of married-couple banter.

lan didn't even flinch; he was actually somewhat proud.

"Isn't it true?"

Beck had it too easy in life, with a protective older brother above and an outstanding sister like Maja below. Even without doing anything, he could breeze through life. Even if he were to squander a fortune daily, the Sanders' wealth would hardly dent.

Yet, Beck had his strengths. He was incredibly popular, especially among the North American social circles, almost unmatched in his social grace.

Although Dylan was accomplished, he wasn't great at mingling, especially at those all-smiles parties he preferred to avoid.

That's where Beck shined.

Even though he lived a carefree life, his status remained unshakeable, not to mention the Sanders family didn't engage in the kind of inheritance fights other families did. Previously, all shares were transferred to Maja, but considering Dylan's dedication to the business, she redistributed them among her brothers.

So, Beck wasn't without influence, just content with collecting dividends and maintaining his social network.

However, his usual charm failing with a woman, and for so long at that, intrigued everyone.

lan remembered a night Beck, drunk, had called Maja, pouring his heart out.

Begging her to stop loving others

and love him, forgiving her infidelity, professing his undying love - alt heard by lan because Maja, groggy with sleep, had put the call on speaker.

Having had his fair share of clashes with Beck, and after all the hurdles Beck put in his relationship with Maja, tan relished this gossip. Learning about Beck's romantic defeat was a delight.

Now, with a loving wife and two adorable kids by his side, while Beck wallowed in romantic misery, felt like sweet revenge for lan. All his past grievances seemed to vanish.

He even hoped the girl would give Beck a hard time, wishing the Sanders heir would experience all the hardships he'd never faced in life!

But lan wouldn't dare share such thoughts with Maja, only discreetly seeking updates.

"What should we do? Find someone else for him, maybe? Dad could arrange a few blind dates; that might help him move on."

Maja frowned, sensing this wasn't

going to be a easy forget. Beck had many ex-girlfriends and was always generous with them. Accustomed to relationships where both parties played their roles, encountering

someone indifferent had thrown him off.
