Falling For My Mysterious Wife

Chapter 426

Chapter 426

“Boston?” Jalen looked up at Graham.

“Yes, she just left,” Graham replied.

Jalen, who had been in a sulk, felt hard to breathe. “Who did she go with?” he asked.

Jalen did not believe that Elaina would have left alone. He wondered, why did she go to Boston for no reason?

Graham hesitated, afraid that Jalen could not bear the fact.

“It’s Jaydon, right?” Without waiting for Graham’s reply, Jalen could guess it out because Jaydon was the only one who came from Boston by Elaina’s side. No one else it could be except him.

Graham nodded, and he was somewhat worried about Jalen’s mood. “I think Ms. Gainsford should have some business to deal with in Boston. It should have nothing to do with Jaydon.”

“Humph.” Jalen snorted coldly. Graham then knew that Jalen did not believe it at all.

Graham had no choice. After all, he could not figure out why Elaina went to Boston.

“How about… you chase Ms. Gainsford to Boston and explain it to her?” Graham asked tentatively.

Jalen suddenly glared at Graham quite unhappily. “Why should I go? Do you think I am so lowly?”

Jalen thought, since Elaina thinks that I am a man full of lies. Why should I have to shamelessly stick to her? If so, how can I save my face?

Graham did not say anything, and he did not know what to say either.

Graham knew what kind of person Jalen was. However, he did not dare to say it.

“Okay, then I’ll go back to work.” Graham thought that it was better to leave quickly so as not to get involved.

Jalen just ignored Graham because he was not in the mood.

After Graham left, Jalen sat alone in the office. Even though the piles of documents were in front of him,

Jalen had no intention to review them.

“Jaydon…”

He was muttering Jaydon’s name in his mind, and his face had a gnashing expression. It could be seen that

he had a lot of resentment toward Jaydon.

On the plane, Jaydon sneezed.

Elaina opened her eyes and looked at Jaydon. “Did you catch a cold?”

“No, I didn’t.” Jaydon shook his head. “Maybe someone is talking about me. As you know, I am very attractive to women.” Upstodatee from Novel(D)ra/m/a.O(r)g

Elaina had no comment. She felt that Jaydon was getting more and more cheeky. Then she asked, “Are we almost there?”

“Yeah. The plane was already descending,” Jaydon replied.

Hearing this, Elaina sat up straight, not intending to continue to sleep.

“After we arrive, I will go to the hotel directly, and I will go to visit your grandfather tomorrow,” Elaina said. She

had arranged it before she came.

“Don’t you stay at my house?” Jaydon was stunned.

Elaina looked at Jaydon as if she was looking at a f*ol.

Elaina was not in a relationship with Jaydon. She could not stay in Jaydon’s house, of course. Otherwise,

who knew what rumor would spread out?

“Well, you don’t have to mind so much. Both my grandpa and I welcome you very much.” Jaydon did not take the rumors seriously. Moreover, he had intended to marry Elaina.

Elaina leaned back in the seat and asked with interest, “It’s to my attention that you always mention your grandpa, but rarely mention your parents. Your grandpa welcomes me, and your parents?”

Elaina did not think herself so popular. She said to herself, compared to the rich young ladies in Boston, what am /?

Parents? Jaydon thought and frowned.

He said, “Don’t bother to worry about them. They don’t need to know about my things.”

Jaydon had grown up with his grandpa accompanied, and he had little affection for his parents. Moreover, Jaydon had always felt that it was difficult to communicate with his parents, so he seldom contacted them.

Elaina found those who were born with silver spoons strange. It seemed that they always had a bad relationship with their parents. She wondered why it was like that.
