Chapter 671: Celebrating by
Neto understood the meaning of his words.
He stood up immediately, frowning fiercely: “You mean the plane Severo was on was full of people that Grizzi had organised beforehand? Are they after Severo?”.
“Grizzi has always been ambitious and has had his eye on the LK Group, and they have been coveting the enormous financial power of the LK Group for more than a day or two, except that the current presidential election has become a cui-tifier, and …”
Allyce took a deep breath; at this point, she had nothing to hide. From NôvelDrama.Org.
“Grandfather may have colluded with Grizzi’s people”.
Allyce stood up and ran a hand through her hair, a habitual action when she was upset.
And Neto looked at her with an astonished face, “Severo said that?”
“Yes.” Allyce nodded.
Neto says nothing, and if this comes from Severo, then it has been confirmed, and it is certain that Tajo is indeed in cahoots with Grizzi.
I could not imagine that Tajo would collude with outsiders against Severo.
The ancestors of The Pastrano family were founding generals, and although there were unpleasant things, when it mattered, the people of The Pastrano family were united in their desire to take sides.
He snapped back to reality and asked Allyce, “How do you know? Where did you get the information?”
“Gabrio told me. Allyce finished, seeing Neto’s puzzled face, before remembering that he didn’t know about Gabrio.
He had to speak again to explain: “Gabrio is the head of the ‘K7′ team.
The news was too sudden for Neto.
He still remembers Gabrio from the time when he was abroad and Gabrio treated Severo’s wounds.
Although he and Gabrio are not exactly friends, they know each other to a certain extent.
He remembered Gabrio as a kindly doctor who, despite his family’s good fortune, was not as bad as other members of the gentry, but rather good-natured.
“It’s too late to explain in detail, Neto, I’m in trouble and I don’t know what to do. The fact that he was still standing and talking to Neto was hard to explain.
“If Gabrio is really one of Grizzi’s men, it only means that he is too deep-rooted and skilled in disguise to be taken lightly.
So he didn’t quite believe Gabrio’s words.
Without hesitation, Allyce said, “I think”.
This is strange, for Gabrio, she still trusts him.
Neto frowned slightly and asked: “Have you contacted Xabat and the others?
“Contacted, but no contact. Allyce shook her head and just pulled out her phone ready to call them back.
“The plane has been off for so long that even if we go after it again, it is unlikely we will be able to catch it. Neto’s face was a little hard to read.
If the truth is what Gabrio says, then Severo is in for a rough ride.
Neto calmly analysed: “As they are after the financial power of the LK Group, they won’t go after Severo without a fight. ”
“Not so …” Allyce was not as optimistic as he was, her expression seemed on the verge of tears, “Grizzi’s people have allied themselves with Grandfather, who is related to Severo by blood. ”
The last words, which Allyce does not say, Neto can decipher.
Now, the relationship between Severo and the Solares family is known to all.
In case something happens to Severo, it is only fair that Tajo should intervene in the affairs of the LK Group.
Allyce called Xabat and the phone rang for a long time but there was no answer.
Just when I thought Xabat was not going to answer, the call was answered.
X abat’s voice was a little breathy: “Madam”.
“What’s going on on your side, why didn’t you answer my calls earlier?”
“There were thieves infiltrating the company, trying to steal company documents, Dita and I went over and didn’t bother to answer the phone, and it turned out that the thieves were employees of the company”. Xabat’s breathing finally steadied a little, but she was still confused as to how Allyce could be calling her in the middle of the night.
Allyce had the amplification on, so Neto also heard Xabat’s voice.
Someone in the company is stealing information.
This coincides with Allyce’s earlier speculation that there might be a mole on Severo’s side.
Both men’s faces hardened slightly.
Allyce bit her lip hard and said, “Severo was already on the plane, but Gabrio told me that the flight Severo was on was full of Grizzi’s people”.
What I didn’t expect was Xabat’s response: “What’s on the plane, isn’t the boss at home resting? He said he wasn’t feeling well earlier so …”.
Crash!
The sound of a mobile phone falling to the ground.
Allyce looked at Neto with a grimace.
On the phone, Xabat is still talking: “Hello? Hello, ma’am, what’s up, has something happened?
But Allyce had lost the courage to say another word.
Neto was no better, his face changed abruptly and he picked up the phone, “Xabat, don’t you know about Severo’s return?”
Xabat also vaguely understood, and was silent for a few seconds before saying, “I don’t know.
Severus’ return to the country was not even communicated by him to Xabat, while Gabrio knew about it.
This can only mean that what Gabrio says is true.
Gabrio would not have known if Grizzi had not already known Severo’s whereabouts and had secretly planned a way to confront him.
Neto turned his head to look at Allyce, who remained motionless in thought.
He sighed a little before discussing something with Xabat, and after hanging up the phone, Allyce spoke: “I’m flying a private jet after that plane right now”.
Neto spoke up to stop her: “You won’t be able to reach her!
Allyce looked up and shouted at him, “So what, you want me to sit here and do nothing, knowing that Severo is in danger?”
I was on the verge of collapse.
Who knows if the men simply wanted to catch Severo, or if they wanted to kill him outright.
“He’ll be fine, Severo won’t die so easily, and it’s unlikely that his grandfather would ally with an outsider to kill Severo; his grandfather has an extraordinary desire to control him, and on that basis, he wouldn’t let Severo die so easily.”
The more Neto analysed it, the more it made sense to him.
Allyce calmed down a bit and thought about it.
She nodded and murmured: “Yes, you’re right, grandfather wants to control Severo so much, he won’t let Severo die easily …”.
Allyce knows better than anyone what Tajo has done in order to control Severo.
Allyce used to hate this Tajo thing, but now she’s glad of it.
