Chapter 134 I Won't Let That Happen
Chapter 134 I Won't Let That Happen
When they watched the movie, Dylan acted as Belle, handing her cola and popcorn. When Dylan was
about to pass the cola to Cassie, he frowned and asked, "With ice?"
Cassie nodded and said, "Yes, with ice. What's wrong?"
"You don't listen to the doctor, do you?" Dylan asked, squinting at her.
Cassie stuck out her tongue and said, "Just once."
"Not even once." Dylan refused without hesitation.
The doctor had told her that her hands and feet were cold. In addition to taking medicine to recuperate,
she should not drink too much cold.
Cassie said coquettishly, "But I'm thirsty!"
Simon, who was standing at the door, heard this and came in considerately. He said to Cassie, "Well, if
Mrs. Dylan feels thirsty, we can ask someone to prepare hot juice."
Cassie muttered, "Why do I drink hot juice in summer?"
Dylan handed two cups of cola to Simon and said, "Change them to juice."
Simon nodded. Cassie looked at Dylan with a sad face. Dylan said, "Don't look at me so sadly. If you
keep doing this, you are not allowed to drink juice."
Hearing this, Cassie shut up immediately. She couldn't stop talking. If she didn't speak during the
movie, she could only eat popcorn quietly.
The scene was set at the South Pole, one by one. In the picture, except for the wind and snow all over
the sky, there was a vast white scenery. Occasionally, there was a penguin staggering.
Seeing the ending, the tense expression on Cassie's face gradually faded away. At the end of the
movie, the heroine, played by Betty, fell into the arms of the hero, and the snow fell on her face. She
closed her eyes and shot a close-up. At that moment, she was smiling.
In the end, the picture was slowly pushed away from the glacier. The screen darkened little by little.
After the last song, the movie was over.
Tears streamed down Cassie's cheeks. Cassie had planned to watch the bad one, but when she
finished, she was still moved. The music atmosphere of the whole movie was very good.
Frowning in disgust, Dylan took out a handkerchief from his suit pocket and wiped away her tears. "You
are such a fool. You can cry like this even when you watch a movie."
Sniffing, Cassie said, "You don't understand. Girls are all sentimental creatures."
The light in the cinema was slowly turned on. Her eyes were as red as rabbit's.
Cassie suddenly asked, "Capitalist, if we are really trapped in the terrible South Pole environment, and
my legs are broken, and I can't walk, will you save me?"
Dylan answered, "No, I won't."
Cassie's face darkened. "I shouldn't have asked you."
She should have guessed the answer.
Humph! The capitalist was cold-blooded and ruthless. Why did she ask Dylan such a stupid question?
Looking at her face, Dylan explained seriously, "I won't let that happen."
He wouldn't let that happen again.
When Dylan said this, his voice and expression were very gentle. Perhaps the projection hall was too
quiet, or perhaps Cassie had just watched a movie and was still emotional. Hearing this, Cassie
suddenly burst into laughter through tears. Dylan looked at Cassie in a daze.
Then Dylan handed her a handkerchief in disgust and said, "Wipe your nose. It's going to stain my
suit."
Cassie took it over with a smile. Then Dylan sighed, "To the South Pole? You are such a fool who can
cut your hand when cooking a fish. You'd better stay with me obediently."
Cassie blew her nose and said with a smile, "Don't call me a fool!"
Dylan laughed, "Then what should I call you?"
Cassie curled her lips and murmured, "You know it."
There was a more comfortable way to call her than to call a fool - Mrs. Dylan.
After Cassie returned home, Belle smiled and said, "Cassie, you're back? I have a good news for you."
Cassie asked curiously, "What good news?"
Belle smiled and said, "Lucky is pregnant."
Cassie looked at Belle in surprise, "What? !"
Belle nodded and said, "Lucky was a little strange yesterday. I quickly asked the veterinarian to have a
look, and the result was that Lucky was pregnant."
Cassie adopted two cats last winter. One was male, and the other was female.
It was her first time to raise a cat. She was so inexperienced that she forgot to have an sterilization on
cats. So Lucky was pregnant.
However, it was not a bad thing. Lucky was a felis catus, but its fur was beautiful.
Cassie smiled and said, "Okay! Anyway, we can raise up. Please take good care of it."
Belle smiled and said, "Don't worry. We will."
After taking a shower, Dylan went back to the room. Leaning against the bed, Cassie asked, "Capitalist,
do you like children?"
After a short pause, Dylan asked, "Why do you ask me this question suddenly?"
Without answering him, Cassie just asked, "Tell me, do you like children or not?"
After thinking for a while, Dylan said, "I don't hate it."
Hearing this, Cassie was instantly elated and said, "Since you don't hate it, then you like it?"
"Why do you ask this?" Dylan cleared his throat.
Suddenly, he smiled cunningly. "Do you want to..."
Cassie said, "Stop your stupid idea! I'm just afraid that you'll give away the cat that Lucky give birth to."
Dylan looked at her in silence, "Well... Is a cat also a child?"
"Sure!" said Cassie, pouting.

In the middle of the night, Cassie was woken up by hunger. When she opened her eyes, she turned
around and found that Dylan was not there. She called out curiously, "Capitalist?"
After shouting a few words, no one answered her. She curled her lips and said, "Where have you
been?"
'All right. Don't care about him. I'll go downstairs to find something to eat. I can't fall asleep if I'm so
hungry.'
It was the first time that Cassie got up at night since she came to the West Mountain Linyu. When she
left the bedroom and came to the corridor, she found that there were many bodyguards in black
patrolling in the room. The lights of the whole West Mountain Linyu were on.
"What happened? It's like a lockdown."
Cassie asked one of the bodyguards, "Why are there so many people patrolling all of a sudden? What
happened?"
The bodyguard said, "Hello, Mrs. Dylan. No, we are like this every day."
Cassie looked at the bodyguard in surprise and asked in disbelief, "Every... Is it like this every day? !"
