Chapter 377
Chapter 377
Everyone on set was shocked to hear that Ian, the elusive scion and head of the Nightingale family, had volunteered to star in a promotional video.
Naturally, Harvey was more than happy to let Ian play the role of Aither.
Even if only lan’s side profile would make it into the final shot, his elegant silhouette and charisma would have millions of female players squealing in front of their screens.
“Very well, Mr. Nightingale! Let’s prepare for another take, guys!” Harvey announced to the crew.
He then ordered the stylists to pull an outfit together for Ian and lead him to the makeup booth.
Harvey’s wardrobe as Aither consisted of an indigo tunic worn over a white shirt. He would have taken the outfit off and let Ian change into it, but he reckoned the silver armor in the dressing room suited Ian more.
As such, lan was slated to play Aither as a dashing general in shining armor.
Ian’s face was a work of art, his features handsome and his eyes like the starry night sky.
Most A–list actors required makeup to bring out the shape of their brows and accentuate their features, lest they did not look as defined or handsome on camera. This belongs to NôvelDrama.Org.
However, lan’s brows were dark, thick, and defined all on their own, with no sparse areas that needed to be filled in.
Nowadays, most actors used eyeliner to widen their eyes or to add more dimension, but Ian needed no such refinements.
His eyes were like the starry night sky, so dark they were almost onyx and flecked with purple. His gaze was fathomless and capable of pulling anyone into a thrall.
Using an eyeliner on him was redundant at this point.
Ian boasted a perfectly chiseled nose, full lips, and flawless skin. It was as if the heavens had blessed him with stunning features that spared him from ever needing cosmetics.
The stylists made quick work of securing the wig on Ian’s head and helping him into his wardrobe.
When the stylists were done with him, Ian emerged from the dressing room a brief moment later in dark silver armor and shoulder–length hair pulled back with a leather band. He looked gallant, a handsome rendering of a fairytale hero.
Zayn grew sullen at the sight of Ian appearing in Aither’s get–up. Even as a man, he had to admit Ian was handsome.
Still, he couldn’t help his bitter jealousy when he saw how good Ian and Willow looked together.
Meanwhile, Harvey was blown away by Ian’s final look.
He had expected Ian to pull off the fantasy, medieval hero visage, but he didn’t think Ian would look so stunning.
The Carter men were known for being extremely good–looking, yet Ian’s face was just as exquisite as Zayn’s, Theodore’s, and Tyson’s.
Harvey couldn’t resist sneaking a look at Zayn. He found himself picturing Zayn, Theodore, and Tyson in medieval wear. He could have drooled over the thought of how dashing they would look.
“Mr. Nightingale, the armor suits you!” Harvey praised wholeheartedly.
Indeed, Ian didn’t just look like a war–savvy general in this get–up. He looked like a king, a powerful commander and warrior who could lead an army to victory on the battlefield. “Zayn, don’t you think Mr. Nightingale looks good in medieval wear? Lolo looks good in her costume too!” Skyler said. “They look like a perfect pair, almost like they’re a match made in heaven!”
A match made in heaven? Zayn was so angry that it was a miracle smoke wasn’t coming out of his ears.
He shrugged off Skyler’s hand and stewed in frustration.
Skyler gritted her teeth, furious that Zayn had forgotten all about her after surrendering his attention to Willow.
