Chapter 29: Who Are You Hiding From?
Chapter 29: Who Are You Hiding From?
The first thing Chow saw was Raylan hugging the girl in his arms.
Chow's body tensed all over. As he stared at his best friend, the look in his eyes was that of pure,
unadulterated envy.
He stared fixedly at Raylan without a word.
Everything he wanted to say was reflected in his furious eyes. Belonging © NôvelDram/a.Org.
However, Raylan remained calm as he looked back at Chow.
Vivian, on the other hand, was terrified of Chow's sudden return. Her eyes widened in horror.
Chow forcefully grabbed Vivian from Raylan with a growl. "I will always come back for whatever
belongs to me."
Raylan narrowed his eyes and stuck his hands into his pockets, shrugging nonchalantly. "If it belongs to
you, then you'd better not lose sight of it. Someone else might have already given it a better home by
the time you come back looking for it."
This was the first time they fought since their childhood days.
Chow got so angry that the veins on the back of his hand nearly popped. Under the dim light, his
silhouette seemed even colder than usual. "Then, I will destroy that home and take back what belongs
to me. Even if I don't want it anymore, nobody else can ever have it!"
Vivian felt a deep pang in her heart when he heard this.
The flashy sports car flew along on the dark, empty road. Inside, Vivian tightly hugged her backpack
and curled up on the front passenger seat. It was the only self-defence mechanism she had left. Her
delicate face was still wet and streaked with tears.
The night scene outside the car window kept whizzing by. The man beside her was still seething in
anger, making the enclosed space in the car even more suffocating.
Chow had finally successfully shattered the last bit of dignity that Vivian still had.
She could no longer stop herself from trembling whenever she thought about the way she cried out in
the dimly lit room.
Nonetheless, Chow didn't manage to find any joy in the situation.
Rather, he was incredibly mad at himself for doing such a stupid thing.
This woman belonged to him and him only. He must really have been out of his mind to put her on
display for other people to ogle at.
Even if she was just a wh*re like her mother, he would make it so that she'd never dare to look at other
men besides him!
He suddenly remembered the scene when he rushed back to the room to look for Vivian.
Vivian looked like a weak, helpless little puppy finding solace in Raylan's buff arms and broad
shoulders. They actually looked like a good match for each other.
How could he even think that they looked good with each other?
Thinking about it just made him want to throw punches at his childhood friend.
The sports car arrived at the Howard Mansion in no time at all. Chow didn't even bother parking his car
in the garage. He scooped up the trembling girl in his arms and stormed towards the main door.
Even though Vivian's room was right next to Chow's, he had never brought her into his room before. He
was always the one invading her room each time.
However, this time, Chow headed straight for his own door.
Bang!
The door slammed behind them with a muffled bang. Chow then threw Vivian in the middle of his bed.
As soon as she landed on the bed that was saturated with Chow's scent, she curled up immediately.
However, Chow wasn't planning on letting her off the hook tonight. He was too jealous to think straight
anymore.
There was only one thought on his mind.
He was going to make her truly belong to him.
She could only belong to him!
Chow pounced on Vivian like a tiger catching its prey.
Despite having been molested by Chow multiple times, Vivian sensed the true danger she was in
tonight. Her eyes widened in pure horror.
"Brother Chow, please don't do this!" Vivian sobbed.
Chow was acting very differently this time. She'd never seen such a terrifying expression on his face
before.
Chow grabbed her chin and roared at her. "Don't call me brother. I'm not your brother!"
Vivian shrank back in fear. "Brother Chow..."
Chow firmly held onto her, preventing her from retreating any further. He glared at her with his dark,
fiery eyes.
