Chapter 51 Zoee Aniston's Invitation
Chapter 51 Zoee Aniston's Invitation
Atlas looked at Giorgio quietly and said lightly, "I don't know what you mean by being proud and
supercilious. I'm keeping a low profile already. If I am proud, all living things in the world will bow!"
In the Sinclair family, Atlas only cared about Francis. For the sake of Francis, Atlas chose to talk to
Giorgio.
Therefore, Atlas would not be polite to Giorgio, even if he was Atlas's nominal father-in-law.
Giorgio was so angry that his face turned livid. He wanted to ask Atlas where he learned the medical
skills, and then he guided him. In the future, he could return to the Sinclair family with Atlas and let the
Sinclair family see how stupid it was to drive Giorgio out of the Sinclair family.
However, Atlas's arrogance was beyond Giorgio's imagination. If he hadn't seen Atlas use his magical
medical skills to save someone today, Giorgio would have sent Atlas to the psychiatric hospital.
All living things in the world will bow?
Who do you think you are!
Even the highest ruler of the most powerful Mie Tribe did not dare say such wild words!
Before Giorgio could continue, Atlas suddenly stood up, glanced down at Giorgio, and said lightly, "If
you want to know where I learned my medical skills, you can wait at the gate of the community at eight
o'clock the night after tomorrow."
After that, Atlas left indifferently, leaving behind a sound of closing the door.
Giorgio looked at Atlas' back as he left, and his face looked sulky. He always felt that it was the
greatest gift for Atlas to marry in. Therefore, in front of Atlas, Giorgio had always thought that he was
superior and treated him in a condescending manner.
However, Atlas' sudden change caught Giorgio off guard. He could not adapt to it at all and was
suddenly ignored by the person he despised the most.
However, the news of Atlas' last sentence made Giorgio temporarily forget his unhappiness.
"At eight o'clock the night after tomorrow, at the gate of the community..." Giorgio muttered to himself
and secretly remembered the time.
"Okay, let me see what you've done!"
When Atlas returned to his bedroom, his phone suddenly rang.
When he saw the caller ID, he found that it was from Zoee Aniston.
"Could it be that Zoee's in trouble?"
In his previous life, Atlas remembered that Zoee 's family had suffered a great disaster and was forced
to leave Lanceham. After that, he lost contact with her and had never seen her again.
In this life, Atlas must help Zoee get through this crisis as a repayment for the adoration she had for
him in his previous life.
"Don't worry. What's wrong, Zoee?" After answering the phone, Atlas immediately asked.
At the other end of the phone came Zoee's sweet and reassuring voice. "Nothing. I'm holding an art
exhibition at the Pear Gallery tomorrow. I want to invite you to have a look!"
Zoee's tone was full of uneasiness and expectation, as if she was worried that Atlas would refuse.
Atlas's mind was immediately filled with Zoee's beautiful face. Her tentative and timid gaze, as well as
her busty figure.
Zoee liked drawing since she was a child, and she was very talented. When she was ten, she had been
commented by a famous painter, saying that she would have great achievements in painting in the
future.
Although Zoee was still in school, her works had won many prizes. The most famous painting seemed
to be called "The Last Dinner". It was said that she won first place in a large-scale competition.
However, every time Atlas saw the painting, he would always make fun of Zoee. He said that the
painting she drew looked like a beggar begging for food. He also gave a different name for this work
that she was proud of, "The Food Beggar".
Every time, Zoee had to wave her small fists and chase after Atlas, and then end it with Atlas's begging
for mercy.
After 800 years, Atlas still could not help smiling when he thought of this.
"The Pear Gallery, right? I'll be there tomorrow!"
Zoee said happily, "Okay, see you tomorrow morning. Call me when you get there."
"Okay."
After the call ended, Atlas heard the sound of the door opening outside, followed by the voice of
Francis greeting Viviana.
Then, he heard Francis let Viviana to go ask him to have dinner.
Before Viviana could call him, Atlas opened the door and walked out.
However, Viviana happened to be standing at the door.
As soon as their eyes met, Viviana turned her head away and said calmly, "Come out at dinner on time.
Don't always let others wait for you!"
It seemed that Viviana's attitude toward Atlas had not changed much.
Atlas didn't care. Anyway, he didn't have a good attitude toward Viviana.
The atmosphere at dinner was a little weird. Atlas had offended Giorgio and his daughter, so both of
them had a cold face and did not say a word throughout the whole process.
Francis sensed the strangeness of the atmosphere, glanced coldly at the grumpy duo, and said,
"What's wrong with you? I'm telling you, don't bully Atlas, or you cook your own meals in the future!"
Giorgio's face suddenly softened a lot. Francis' threat always worked.
After dinner, Atlas sat in the living room for a while and chatted with Francis. Then they went back to
their bedroom.
As usual, Viviana leaned against the head of the bed and looked at her mobile phone. Atlas still sat
quietly in the corner and practiced. She didn't seem to be interested in the mature and beautiful Viviana
at all.
If this kind of married life was spread out, many people would laugh out loud.
After another night of practice, Atlas was one step closer to breaking through to the mid stage of
Foundation Phase.
Early in the morning, Atlas got up early, leaving time for Viviana to put on her clothes.
Today, Atlas was going to attend Zoee's exhibition.
Seeing Francis getting up and preparing to cook, Atlas said, "Auntie, I have something to do today. I
won't come back at noon."
Francis said, "Okay, take care of yourself!"
"Don't worry. I'm just going to see my classmate's exhibition." Atlas said. NôvelDrama.Org © 2024.
"Well, go ahead. Do you have money? I'll give you some. You can't just go with nothing!" As she spoke,
Francis was about to return to the bedroom to get the money.
"No need, aunt. I have money." Atlas hurriedly stopped her. Beckett gave him 50 million, he hadn't
spent them yet.
"Don't be so polite to me. If you don't have money, just tell me!" Francis instructed.
"Well, I'll go first."
After leaving home, Atlas had breakfast outside and called Zoee.
"Don't worry, I'm going there, Zoee." Atlas said.
There was some noise over there, and it seemed that she was busy. However, Zoee still said
enthusiastically, "Atlas, come to the Pear Gallery directly. I'll pick you up at the door. After the
exhibition, let's have a meal together!"
"Okay."
Atlas knew the location of the Pear Gallery. He stopped a taxi and arrived at the gate thirty minutes
later.
As soon as Atlas got out of the car, he saw Zoee running over, her beautiful face full of joy.
"Atlas, you're here!" Zoee's voice was crisp.
Atlas smiled and said, "Congratulations to you for holding an art exhibition at such a young age."
"It's from my parents, but I'm very happy that you can come." Zoee's smile was as bright as the sun,
and there were almost stars in her eyes.
"You must be very busy today. Don't worry about me. Go and greet the guests!" Atlas said.
Zoee looked at the people who came one after another. She was indeed very busy, although she really
wanted to spend time alone with Atlas.
"Well, Atlas, you can walk around by yourself. I've invited a lot of classmates today. You should be able
to meet some familiar people."
