Lyceon - The dark lord

Chapter- 29- HIM

"Allison, RUN!" Felicia reminded her and Allison didn't need to be told twice. She made a dash for the exit but again one werewolf blocked her way, snapping his sharp canines at her. It was a big black Wolf who slowly headed toward her, making her step backward.

And only then she realised she couldn't fight any of them! She was a pathetic human. Without any powers to fight them. She looked around hysterically to get some sort of aid but the club had become a battlefield. People were fighting to win over and save their lives.

She conceded that she was wrong to quell her powers and put them on hold. Allison let out a groan.

'Had I practised them, I would have overpower them all.'

The werewolf growled at her before raising its paws to jump at her. And Allison could only do one sensible thing that time. She ran to another side to escape the wolf who grew the likeliness to chase her. The whole club was a mess, things shattered around, destroyed and dead bodies emitted vile scents and the dirty floor was smeared with a metallic smell of blood. Few injured bodies were on the floor, blood oozing out of their wounds on the flood. Alot happened in a few minutes.NôvelDrama.Org copyrighted © content.

Allison's heart constricted seeing the scene around her but she screamed as the wolf jumped on her. Fortunately another wolf tackled it down, snapping its neck and tossing it away like garbage. The sight before her sickened her as the wolf who saved her looked at her with blood leaking from its snout. Allison recognized the familiar eyes of Orenzo.

Thank goddess!

She managed to smile at him with warm eyes. Though the scene spooked her but he saved her life. As he footed ahead to reach her, a green monster hit him with full force and Orenzo's wolf flew knocked to the wall.

Allison winced visibly with the impact and now that green monster was glaring at her. He was hell-bent on annihilating her tonight, probably seeing everyone was helping her from getting hurt. It seemed killing her had become his mission. Allison's eyes were prickling in a weird manner as the skin on her palm tickled with something familiar. Do it!

Her mind ordered her and She nodded before raising her itching hand to stop him. She needed to do something.

"Don't... Come near me." her horse voice made him stop for a second as he looked into her glowing eyes, startled. Allison was panting hard as suddenly a powerful energy ran through her body. But it vanished just as quickly as it came. She blinked up and he snapped out of his halted movements and snarled at her. Stunned, Allison tried to awaken her powers but alas!

Her heart trembled with the thought of her end. Allison couldn't spot Ashina or Felicia. Tears flowed down her cheeks thinking about her life. Pathetically, she tried to slide past the table but he blocked her from the other side too. He sauntered towards her and before she could make a run it's long spine caught her waist and hauled her up in the air.

Allison let out a blood-crawling scream when he flung her to the overbar glass racks. Her body felt immense pain as she got hit and knocked on the shattered tiny glass pieces on the floor causing her skin to rip apart with blood injuries on her body.

She cried out and tried to stabilise her dying breath. Allison prayed to the moon goddess for saving her. 'Oh goddess! I want to meet my brother for the last time please.' She could sense the monster was nearing her with a vicious growl. Her blood ran cold but she embraced her fate because she couldn't move her limbs to escape him.

'Ali, don't forget what you are, honey. Whenever you feel fear, just remember my words. You will be protected. I have my blessings with you.'

Allison pressed her lips recalling her mother's words which she used to tell her always. "Mama. Please help me."

She took a deep breath and tried to crawl to the corner to seek help but all she could see were the creatures fighting and throwing fits at each other. She moved to hide beneath the table but a shrill cry left her mouth when accidently her palm hit the glass piece on the floor. Crimson Blood greeted her eyes.

The monster walked around to the back side of the top bar where her body was writhing in pain at the corner. Blood was oozing out of her palm slowly but her main concern was the approaching monster with his ugly spine swaying back with dried blood on its head. Blood was gifted by Ashina.

Where is she now?

Allison sighed, eyes shed a few tears and she clutched the pendant around her neck.

His ugly grin rewarded her with his dirty yellow teeth and pale green complexion was glowing as he was ready to finish his prey. He sniffed the air in bliss when his eyes glowed bright yellow.

Allison caught the big glass piece of the broken bottle for her defence. She knew it won't help but something was better than nothing to prolong her death. Maybe someone could reach out to help her. But seeing her stance, He growled slightly before letting out a chuckle.

She whimpered at her helplessness and saw his victorious expression. But suddenly Allison sensed something, a shiver of euphoria hit her like never. Being a healer she had strong senses. The musky and earthy scent with a hint of pines hit her. It reminded her of......

An earth-shattering roar reverberated through the club walls as her heart literally stopped breathing.

..... Lyceon!

The monster before her howled and snapped his head back before turning it back at her. She could sense his impulse to finish her fast before he could get away.

The ground beneath her sitting form vibrated with the thundering sound of someone's heavy steps. She knew it was him and for the first time she was relieved by his presence.

Another deep growl hit the surroundings and the screams, howls and snapping became more prominent. Allison sensed the monster's reluctance to approach her as he kept looking at something. She stamped her palms to the ground to lean up And then she saw Him.

In front of her eyes, in his massive glory He was walking like the King that He was. Allison's heart stammered seeing his enraged features with those crimson eyes.

The Black fur sprouting his human body and sharp long claws ready to grant a ferocious death to anyone who came his way.
