Mistake with the Alpha

"Where is that door leading to?" She asked looking up.

"My room?"

She widened her eyes.

"Yes. It was Alvin that found out that this place leads to my room. Then we searched in history that the first Alpha of our pack was the one that secretly kept his mate here when enemies wanted to grab her".

Sam frowned." Why would enemies want the Alpha's mate?"

"Because of her wolf. It was said that anywhere she is, prosperity and good things happen there" I replied with a smile.

"Wow, that's good. Who wouldn't want a good thing" she smiled.

Looking at her beautiful face makes me quite delighted. I haven't felt like this in days. Those that gave out a plot didn't know that they helped me to get more closer to my own. I know they would be jubilating that they succeeded but then I'll keep Sam here till she successfully delivers my pup.

"Don't you want to know how the first Luna's wolf looks?"

I intentionally asked her that. Alvin and Ethan ran to me when they found the history book that talked about the first Luna's wolf and the prosperity she brought to the pack.

"Alpha this wolf looks exactly as Sam's," Alvin said.

Looking at the wolf truly, it was the exact thing. But then the name is different. I knew I did research on blue wolves but then I didn't know that the first Luna of our pack had the same wolf. Sam gave me an excited look. "I'll be so glad to know," she said.

I then took my phone and showed her the picture of the wolf I snapped from the book. Sam seems speechless.

"It looks like Crystal," she said in a reduced voice.

"Yes it does" I nodded.

To me it looks like history is repeating itself. But then the difference is that Sam is not my mate. It's still the same. I'm keeping the woman I love from the enemies trying all they could to separate us. "But then, why is it that I don't bring prosperity?" Sam said sadly.

"Where is that coming from?" I asked.

"Look at everything happening. If my wolf symbolises good then everyone should see it. But then everyone is never happy to see me around them" she said.

I moved her closer to me.

"You are imagining things Sam. Even the physician confirmed that you are special. He said when you were at the hospital, patients recovered faster. Your wolf doesn't in any way bring troubles" I said softly. "You think?" She asked.

She hugged me more and smiled. I don't want her to be sad about anything. I just want her happiness.

"What about Allison?" She asked abruptly.

"What about her?" I raised my brow.

"You know she's not happy but then she's your true mate and......."

"Shhh" I covered her mouth with my palm." Forget about her for now. I'm only here for you and you alone".

She looked at me with eyes of guilt. I know she wants to start telling me how Allison will feel bad. I quickly covered her words with a deep kiss. I know she can't resist that. "Jay" she called breathing.

"Hmm" I said, biting her neck and that gave me a moan.

"Allison......"

I tore her maid uniform into two. This is the last time I would see it on her.

"Why tear that?" she said.

"It's too much cloth" I replied with a sly smile.

I achieved what I wanted. Sam didn't talk about Allison and she wouldn't stop me. I had the woman to my all to myself.

Ethan

Alvin woke me up very early today. I wondered why that man doesn't stay with his wife. He didn't even let me wake up properly before dragging me out. "What?" I asked with a frown.

"Why sleep so long today?" He asked.

I walked to my fridge and grabbed a bottle of water.

"I'm off duty. Why did you come to me so early" I grumbled.

"My wife is off to her mother's place so I decided to come here" he smiled.

I glared at him. " You should just make yourself comfortable without disturbing me".

I gritted my teeth at him.

"Hey don't be mad," he said laughing.

"Get out!" I shouted.

"No I'm not," he said and sat down.

"I'm going back to my bed and don't you dare disturb me" I said.

"No, don't go. I came here for something important" he said.

I looked at him, doubting him.

"I'm serious. I came to discuss something with you" he said.

I then went to sit beside him.

"Haven't you ever thought of what is going on with Jaylen's mating stuff?" He asked.

He wore a concerned look.

"Who wouldn't have?" I asked him.

"I've been thinking about this a long time ago but then the more I think the more confused I am. It's obvious that Jaylen loves Sam more but then Allison is his true mate. It's really confusing. I think Sam is......."

I didn't let him finish his last statement. I know where he's heading to.

"Is using magic on Jaylen" I completed it for him.

"You think so too? But then Sam is pregnant. Jaylen said he's sure that he owns the baby. I'm really confused here" he said.

I can see that he's really disturbed.

"Because Sam is not Jaylen's mate and he loves her doesn't mean she's using charms. Things happen Alvin".

If not that I get to find out the truth, I also would have been with the same thought. I wouldn't blame Alvin for thinking like that.

"I know but it seems so. I just wish I can have a solution to all these" he said.

Since I just woke up, I decided to go freshen up and dress for the day. Jaylen already told us that he was going to spend a full day with Sam but then we have to bring them food. Since it's only Alvin, Drey and I that knows about this whole plan, we are also the one that will take care of them till everything gets sorted out.

"Alvin, let me go freshen up I'll meet you in a jiffy" I said pulling my night shirt.

Then I remembered something but then it was too late. Alvin was already looking at my arm.

"Ethan......." He called looking at me.

I didn't reply or move.
