Mr. You, Please Dote On Me

Chapter 56: I’m Going In

“Are you looking for Shiyao?”

Hearing a clear voice from behind, Xu Youyou turned around, alert.

“Yes, did you find her?”

Out of worry for Shiyao, Xu Youyou had to talk to Zhong Yi though she didn’t want to.

“Yes, she was slightly injured and went back home.”

“Gosh, Yaoyao got hurt? Is it serious?”

Xu Youyou got nervous again, feeling even guiltier about Shiyao’s injury.

“No, it isn’t. But she’ll stay at home for about a month.

Actually Zhong Yi was not sure about that. Since You Ze asked for a month’s leave for her, her injury might be somewhat serious.

“A month…” Xu Youyou murmured.

She really wanted to visit Shiyao, but she had to take care of her mother in hospital every day after work. As Shiyao’s best friend, the thought kept haunting her that Shiyao’s accident resulted from visiting her in hospital, which made her feel guilty.

Zhing Yi looked around and noticed a stewardess he never saw before. Then he instantly shifted his attention and stopped talking to Xu Youyou.

Watching Zhong Yi chatting enthusiastically with the stewardess, Xu Youyou sighed helplessly, clenched her fists and turned away.

Fed up with staying indoors, Shiyao decided not to wait for the customized wheelchair, and asked the servant to buy a new one, which didn’t fit her but was ok to use.

Shiyao tried to move the wheelchair herself and soon got used to it, so she moved the wheelchair around the house alone.

The house was big, with a separated small garden on the right. Shiyao looked around the garden curiously and found that it was completely surrounded by a fence from the outside, leaving only a small door which was nevertheless locked.

“Why is it locked? So boring…”

“Seem funny inside, but locked,” Shiyao grumbled back to the yard, enjoying the sunshine and sunflower seeds.

“Screech!”

A white car stopped at You’s house. Shiyao heard the brakes and thought it was You Ze. But a young woman got out of the car.

“Tang Ting?”

An aqua pleated skirt, pink high heels and long black hair casually down her back that was different from Shiyao’s reddish brown curls. All these made Tang Ting as gentle and graceful as a woman in the painting.

Shiyao frowned and moved to the door to block her.

“My husband is out. What are you doing here?”

‘How dare you dress like this to seduce my husband? Sorry he is not in. You’re wasting your time.’

“No, Shiyao…”

Tang Ting blushed. Instead of explaining, she shyly bowed her head.

Sometimes, Shiyao suspected that either the girl was too naïve or she had no status. Otherwise, how could a woman come for her husband openly?

“Sorry, I have no time for you today. Go home.”

Then, Shiyao was about to turn away, but barely managed to turn the heavy wheelchair.

“Nana asked me to accompany you…”

Tang Ting stood by the door aggrieved, lowering her head. People who didn’t know the situation might think Shiyao was bullying her.

“Come on in.”

Shiyao changed her mind when she turned around. As You Ze’s wife, she couldn’t be too mean. Visitors were guests. She should do her part as hostess.

Tang Ting smiled and happily followed Shiyao in.

In the living room, Shiyao was idly pressing the remote control with a bowl of fruit cuts in hand; Jiang Fengyi, who sat on the sofa, held Tang Ting’s hand and told her everything.

Tang Ting listened seriously and quietly.

“Yaoyao, I’m leaving. Tingting stays here with you.”

Jiang Fengyi needed to go out and feared that Shiyao got bored at home, so she invited Tang Ting over.

“Thank you, Nana.”

Shiyao saw Jiang Fengyi off with a sweet smile.

‘Hmm, I’m better at pretending obedience!’

“Shiyao, let’s go out for a walk!”

Tang Ting came to Shiyao and smiled. Shiyao nodded with satisfaction, ‘Since she’s here to take care of me, I’ll just enjoy it!’

Taking the wheelchair from the servant, Tang Ting carefully pushed Shiyao to the yard and wandered around the yard following her directions.

Shiyao sipped the drink in her hand while looking sideways at the garden, deep in thought.

“Sister Liu, do you know when the garden will open?”

Shiyao turned to the servant beside her.

“Eh… Lady…”

“The garden is closed to visitors.”

Tang Ting answered for the servant, and then asked with feigned surprise,

“Didn’t Brother Ze tell you?”

“Tell me what?” Shiyao asked, irritated. To be honest, Tang Ting didn’t do anything inappropriate; on the contrary, she had been generous. But Shiyao just didn’t like her, especially her attitude. Shiyao always felt Tang Ting was a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

“Sister Xuehan took care of the garden, and after she left, Brother Ze shut it and forbade anyone from entering.”

Shiyao looked into the garden carefully. Dazzling as it was, it seemed a bit messy.

‘Zhao Xuehan, You Ze’s ex?’

Shiyao thought for a while. She sneered and threw the bottle into the garbage can.

“Sister Liu, call the butler. I’m going in.”

The servant left. Tang Ting looked at Shiyao and was in shock, hardly able to believe her ears.

“You’d better not, Brother Ze will be angry!”

Tang Ting protested loudly. She remembered once You Ze almost bit her head off when she had merely walked around the garden.

“Who dares to stop me?”

Shiyao snorted. If You Ze dared to scold her, she would leave home again to prevent herself from watching him miss his ex all day.

Tang Ting constantly persuaded Shiyao, but she felt very happy, ‘You Ze is gonna be angry if he sees the garden opened!

Though they were a legal couple, she knew You Ze couldn’t love Shiyao. The woman in his heart was Zhao Xuehan, and Shiyao, was just his plan B.

Shiyao ordered the butler to pry open the rusted lock with several servants. You Ze should have the key. But that was okay, since it was useless now.Content is property © NôvelDrama.Org.

“Pull down the fence!”

Such a beautiful garden should be open for everyone. According to Shiyao’s instruction, the fence was removed, the garden was weeded, the bed was reshaped, and even the flowers she didn’t like were picked off.

Tang Ting was stunned. She didn’t expect that Shiyao not only wanted to go in, but also to clean the garden.

‘There seems to be great fun today,’ Tang Ting snickered. If Zhao Xuehan was Mrs. You, she had nothing to say, while Shiyao, who also wanted to go her own way in You’s, would die miserably!
