Quinn:

"How did it go?" She asked, sauntering into the kitchen.

"As planned".

In response, she nodded slowly.

My eyes drifted down her body. I could never tire of admiring her gracious curves. She was dressed in

my tee from the night before, without the shorts.

"So, " she cleared her throat while fighting off a blush. "What's the next step?" She tucked some of her

wild morning hair behind her ear.

"The General". Nôvel(D)ra/ma.Org exclusive © material.

"Okay. I hope this works".

"Me too".

Moving past me, she went straight to the coffee maker to get her cup of coffee. After brewing herself a

mug, she reached up to the top shelf for cream and sugar. This time around, I didn't help her. Instead, I

remained in my place, watching the show.

The more she tried to reach for the shelf, the more her shirt raised, almost exposing her ass

completely. Instinctively, her hand shot out to pull it down. She whipped her head towards me, staring

at me with wide eyes and mouth agape.

A smirk graced my lips.

"Honey, I've seen that tight ass more times than I can count. And the best thing was, it was bare". My

smirk widened while her mouth hung open.

"You…" she pointed a finger at me accusingly.

"want me to do more than just seeing". I completed for her, wetting my lips.

The action caught her attention. Her eyes darted to my wet lips and she gulped.

"I could help you get the sugar and cream but you're gonna have to pay".

With that, her eyes snapped to mine, glaring daggers at me. But my smirk remained.

"A kiss in exchange for sugar and cream".

Again, I licked my lips, hinting at my point and as predicted, her eyes traveled back to them. Just when

I thought she was going to give in, she stepped towards the kitchen island and carried one of the stools

to climb.

I watched in amusement as she tried to climb the high stool. She almost succeeded but she stepped on

the wrong foot and was about to fall when I blurred to her and caught her. Her arms wrapped around

me tightly, holding onto me from the fright of falling hard.

At that moment, her eyes met mine. She stared into mine, mouth slightly open. All I needed to do was

to lean in and claim her lips but strands of my long hair fell onto my eyes. Instinctively, she raised her

hand and moved the stray hair from my eyes. Her hand rested on my cheeks while she kept staring

into my silver orbs.

I leaned down a bit. Her already erratic heartbeat sped up, thudding loudly in my ears. Involuntarily, she

licked her lips.

She wanted it.

Closing the space between us, I rested my forehead on hers but instead of sealing my lips to hers like I

wanted to, I flicked my tongue across the seam of her lips. She Immediately opened up but then I

pulled away, smirking.

"Ask for it if you want it".

With that, I reached for the shelf and got the sugar and cream for her. A small frown marred her

features as she glared at me, her brows knitted together.

Snaking my arm around her waist, I pulled her still form against my chest, holding her tightly to me.

"What's it gonna be?". I asked, smirking.

"I'd be happy to deflate your ego".

I grinned at her words.

My hand on her waist moved to her ass, grabbing it. I squeezed softly and she gasped.

"You know you want it".

I released her and strolled out of the kitchen, leaving her dumbfounded.

Soon, she'll cave in.

I smiled to myself.

I appeared In Gonzalez's office to deliver his letter. The letter was written by the nun in scattered writing

just so it couldn't be traced to either of us nor to the one I'd sent to the priest. It read;

I know you have a hand in the disappearance of the man you sold to me. If it's your new means of

getting more money from me, you've failed. I demand a refund for the money I paid for him.

It was enough to steer trouble between the General and the priest. I knew Gonzalez would never

accept to refund the money. He'd want a way out and that was why I had other plans to execute.

It was a good thing I'd disconnected all the cameras in the building that could have recorded my

actions before entering his office.

The last thing I wanted was people knowing I was still alive.

Placing the envelope containing the letter on his desk, I disappeared from the office, satisfied with my

actions.

It was time to watch the chaos unfold while I watched from afar.
