Chapter 1143 Going To The Primitive Wilderness
Chapter 1143 Going To The Primitive Wilderness
Joy coursed through Elder Thomas when he heard Darren's and Elsa's voices.
But when he turned, he saw that the woman was not Elsa. Astonishment and confusion reflected in his
expression as he stared at the stranger.
"Father, it's me."
Elsa jumped into Elder Thomas' arms. Her voice was choked with sobs when she spoke.
"Elsa..." Elder Thomas didn't know what had happened to her, but he could feel that she was his
daughter.
The father and daughter hugged and sobbed for a while. Finally, Elder Thomas stroked Elsa's long hair
and said, "It's good to see that you have returned."
Then, the three sat in the room and talked about what Darren and Elsa had been through.
Even though they had mentioned their experience in brief, Elder Thomas was worried.
"It's a relief that everything is fine." Despite his concerns, Elder Thomas tried to remain positive.
"Darren, I think it's time for you two to get married." After chatting for a long time, Elder Thomas felt
relaxed enough to make such a suggestion.
"Yeah. It's time for us to get married." Darren suddenly got excited.
As they were about to leave the Lothlann Continent, getting married now would mean that their
relatives and friends would be able to witness their wedding and join in their celebration.
"What do you think, Elsa?" Darren turned and smiled at the woman next to him.
"Okay!" Elsa grinned.
"How could you agree so quickly? As a girl, you should be a little more reserved," Elder Thomas said
as he laughed.
"I'm excited that this day has finally arrived. I've been waiting for a long time, you know. I don't want to
hide my joy. Do you think so, Darren?" Elsa rushed forward and held Darren's arm.
"Of course. I have also waited for this day for a long time."
"Elder Thomas, shall we go to the Ancient Void Battlefield? Since my family and friends are there, Elsa
and I would like to hold our wedding there. What do you think?" Darren was respectful and sought
Elder Thomas' permission.
"I don't agree." Elder Thomas frowned and shook his head slightly.
"Why?" Before Darren could continue, Elsa interjected, "Father, why not?"
"What did he just call me?" Elder Thomas feigned anger as he glanced at his future son-in-law and
asked. A mischievous smile tugged at the corner of his lips as he waited for Darren to understand.
Darren's eyes flew open as realization dawned on him. "Father, please accept my respect to you," he
said as he knelt.
"Ha-ha, good. That's better." Tears welled in Elder Thomas' eyes. This was, indeed, an emotional day
for him. Not only was he reunited with his daughter, but he also had a wedding to plan.
Soon, the Ancient Void Battlefield bustled with the preparations for the upcoming ceremony.
All of Darren's friends and family members gathered in a temporary hall built for the occasion.
"Ha-ha! Congratulations, Darren!" Chad and the others present extended their joy and blessings.
"Darren, Congratulations!" Both Timothy and Abelard congratulated him sincerely.
"Brother."
A beautiful figure appeared beside Darren.
"Sister." Darren sobbed as he recognized the familiar face.
Belle had been recuperating in the Ancient Void Battlefield, albeit in a coma, ever since her soul had
been damaged. After she woke, Diana had taken care of her. Darren had not visited her often as he
didn't want her to know what was happening outside and worry about him.
Happiness surged deep within Darren as he and Belle hugged each other.
"Brother, congratulations to you and Elsa." Belle smiled brightly.
"Thank you. Are you upset with me for not visiting you more often over these past few years?" Darren
stroked her head as he asked.
"No, I'm not. Diana and I are leading a cozy life. You must have suffered a lot these years," Belle said
with a sad smile.
"It's all over. We will live happily together in the future."
"Yes." Belle nodded obediently and threw the petals she had prepared in advance in the air.
"All right. It's time for the ceremony to begin. Come here, Darren and Elsa." An elder of the Chu Clan
asked them to step forward.
Thomas and Reed sat in the front part of the hall.
"The first kowtow is to heaven and earth. The second kowtow is to the parents..."
After the ceremony, everyone enjoyed the banquet, which stretched over the next few days.
Three days later
"Darren, I don't want to part with my father, and I believe you don't want to leave your sister."
Darren and Elsa snuggled closer as they watched the sunset on the green grassland.
"No, I don't," he replied with a sigh.
"Do you think that we can take them to the Primitive Wilderness?" Elsa asked.
"I have thought about that. But I foresee two problems. First, I don't know if the Ancient Void Battlefield
can carry them there. Second, even if they go to the Primitive Wilderness, a world of law, I'm afraid
they won't be able to leave the Ancient Void Battlefield. They will have to live in it all the time."
Darren had been plagued with these two questions for a while.
Even if their relatives and friends could go to the Primitive Wilderness, it was too dangerous because of
their weak cultivation base.
"Then what should we do?" Elsa pouted.
"Perhaps we'll find answers to our questions. Then we'll know for sure whether we can take them to the
Primitive Wilderness or not. If there is even the slightest possibility, we'll do everything we can to take
them with us."
"Okay." Elsa was overjoyed.
Boom!
Not long after, a golden crack appeared in the sky again.

A rumbling divine sound reverberated in the Ancient Void Battlefield.
Darren left Elsa's side and flew forward.
"I'm here," he replied as he levitated above the ground.
"Get ready. You are about to be lifted into the Primitive Wilderness."
"I know." Darren nodded. He had known that this time would come, and he had prepared for it.
A split second later, colorful lights dazzled in the sky. They shot forward and enveloped Darren, and he
was gradually lifted higher.
After he reached a certain height, Darren sensed something unusual in the Ancient Void Battlefield. A
frown marred his handsome features when he realized that he seemed to have lost control of the
Ancient Void Battlefield.
The Ancient Void Battlefield emerged like a grain of sand.
"What's going on?" Darren asked with furrowed brows.
A message automatically flashed in Darren's head.
"As a Reincarnation Master, you have successfully protected the continent, and can now enter the
Primitive Wilderness. However, you have to leave the Ancient Void Battlefield, which is considered as
the next mortal world. It cannot be taken to the Primitive Wilderness.
However, as you are a Reincarnation Master, the divine palace will allow you to bring some people who
are stronger than a holy emperor to the Primitive Wilderness."
"What?!" Darren's heart sank. All this while, he had hoped that he would be granted this concession.
However, it turned out that he couldn't take his friends and family with him.
"What will happen to my family if my Ancient Void Battlefield turns into a mortal world?" As he hadn't
known about this, Darren had to ask.
"Their life will continue as usual. When the Ancient Void Battlefield develops completely, it will
automatically face its first crisis. The best of them will be allowed to enter the Primitive Wilderness."
Hearing this, Darren understood at once.
The Lothlann Continent had also been a mortal world left behind by warriors who had entered the
Primitive Wilderness a long time ago. It seemed that the Ancient Void Battlefield was destined to
continue without Darren.
"It appears to be the only way."
Then, Darren summoned Elsa, Finley, the Water Kylin, Scott, the Rule Soul Avatar, Barnes, as well as
the old man in deep sleep. He planned to take them with him to the Primitive Wilderness.
"Darren, what about me?"
A childish voice reached his ears.
"Aaron? Are you awake?"
Aaron, the child with dark pupils, had been hiding in the Ancient Void Battlefield for fear of something.
Eventually, he had fallen asleep.
"Yes, it's me. Please take me with you."
"But..." Darren was worried that the boy would not have the cultivation base to be allowed into the
Primitive Wilderness. However, before he could voice his concerns, he sensed that Aaron had also
reached the Super Emperor Realm.
He didn't know what had happened to Aaron, but he wouldn't refuse the boy.
"Let's go."
Once everyone had gathered around Darren, they began to ascend toward the golden crack in the
sky.
