Chapter 18 I'll Beat You to Hell

Chapter 18 I'll Beat You to Hell

Startled, Kathy looked up and saw angry Dora.

Then her face turned pale and the phone in her hand fell to the ground.

She was numbed for a while.

Dora stumbled over in great shock.

“Is that true what you said? You've been bullying my daughter. She was diagnosed with uterine cancer?

You are bullying her. You are bullying her!”

The truth of the past suddenly released, Dora's heart was torn apart.

Her face pale, she gripped Kathy's collar and roared, “Kathy, Why? I raised you up so hard and didn't

treat you differently after Beth was back. That's how you pay us! You set her up under our noses. You

said she drugged Aaron to steal your fiance!”

Dora wished she had misheard and she didn't want to admit it was true. But Kathy's expression told her

everything was true. The doctor said Kathy was blind. Was she blind now?

She wasn't!

She was just bullying her daughter!

Dora screamed at the top of her voice, “You even hit her with a car! You're acting blind, aren't you?”

“Have you lost your conscience? How could you do that to us? Would you be who you are today

without me?”

Dora was pale and could hardly stand.

She was gradually disappointed in Beth, the one she had thought to be bad. But the truth turned out

that Beth was the victim, who was long framed and diagnosed with uterine cancer. This text is © NôvelDrama/.Org.

Kathy was nervous at first, but got calm when she saw the knife on the edge of the table.

She contained her panic and controlled her expression, tearfully saying, “Mom, I was wrong! I'm sorry!”

“Mom, please don't blame me. I'm just too scared… to lose it all. I'm afraid you would not love me

anymore because of her. I want to be your only beloved daughter!”

“Mom, will you forgive me? I can kneel to you for my mistakes. Don't blame me!”

Then she knelt down to Dora.

But Dora did not see the cold light that flashed through her eyes.

She was planning how to hold the knife.

This was the VIP ward, where a dead person would not be found.

The old woman had found the truth and would not let her off the hook for her real daughter.

She had managed to get to where she was and was about to kill Beth to be the real heir of the family,

so she wouldn’t allow anyone to abort her plans. And all her efforts were in vain if the truth was

exposed!

Her eyes red, Dora shook her head and snapped, “Don't blame you? I'll find out how much exactly

you've done to Beth. The Johnsons is not yours. I can give it to whoever I want. How could I fail to find

out the truth about you? You've got a brass neck! All that you got should have never belonged to you.

Without Beth, you would still be struggling in Taylor Town!”

Instead of sending Kathy to the Taylors, Dora raised her up after their identities were corrected. But the

ungrateful hurt her daughter. Dora shook off Kathy's hands and turned around tearfully to walk outside.

She yelled angrily, “Kathy, you are so vicious! I don't allow you to continue hurting my Beth and I'll send

you to hell! I was blind to bring you home because you don't deserve to be my daughter!”

Sent her to hell?

Get out of the Johnsons?

Exposed the truth?

No, no, by then she would be abandoned with nothing.

No way!

Absolutely not. How could she let that happen?

At the moment Dora was running out of the ward, Kathy was like a demon. She grabbed the knife and

stabbed Dora frantically on her back! Dora cried out painfully and was unable to open the door, when

she was a few steps from it. She fell down like a soft dough.

Kathy pressed her, pulled out the knife and stabbed it hard again.

Dora's eyes widened, the pain in her back left her speechless and her breath went faint. She looked at

Kathy in disbelief, “You… you… How could you!” Dora's mouth was bleeding, but she was still scolding

Kathy.

Kathy took the knife out, Dora's blood splashing on her face. She licked her mouth creepily and

stabbed hard in Dora's chest over and over again without hesitation. Her eyes were full of the color of

blood, without any signal of humanity.

“You old fool! So you finally showed your true colors, didn't you? You regretted adopting me, so you've

been trying to drive me back to the Taylors! Bah! No way! Why do I have to go back? I am one of the

Johnsons, the daughter you raised up. How could you love the deaf instead of me? How can I accept

that? Would there be my place in the family if I don't kill her? You biased old fool! You claimed to treat

me as good as her, but why don't you forgive me for hurting her? You even wanted to send me to hell!

Then I'll send you there first!”

Kathy didn't want to do that to Beth at first. But when Beth was just back, the Johnsons were so biased

that they only concerned about Beth but always ignored her.

Henry said she was not actually one of the family. Beth was their real daughter. That meant that she

had to compromise on the deaf.

For what?

Why?

She didn't accept it!

The moment Beth returned, her parents no longer loved her because she became their daughter by

mistake. How could she not kill Beth? So step by step, she took their love for Beth.

The stabs took Dora’s strength of speaking. She got weak quickly and was dying in blood.

Looking at the blood on her body, Kathy chuckled.

“After killing you, I'll grab everything from your daughter. Just wait and see in the heaven.”

“Don't worry, I'll make her my scapegoat. She won't be able to get off the hook this time!”

Kathy picked up Dora's phone and texted a message.

'Beth, come to Kathy's ward if you want me to let Jacky off. I have something to tell you.'

Yes! Beth was the best scapegoat.
