Purchased A Mr. Right

Chapter 1899

Chapter 1899

Meadow asked softly, "Tina, when will you be free? Can you help me design another cheongsam?"

"I really liked the one that you gave me before. I wanted to wear it every day!" Meadow's tone was regretful. "But the weather is hot now, and the cheongsam is for colder days. But I have always kept it neat and tidy! If you don't want to design it, it doesn't matter if you refuse me..."

At the end of her words, Meadow was very considerate and didn't want to make things difficult for Tina.

Looking at Meadow's gentle smile as if nothing had happened, Tina's nose twitched and she almost cried.

Her voice was a little hoarse. "Aunt Meadow, I'll design for you!"

Meadow saw her emotional fluctuations. Meadow patted Tina's shoulder gently and said in a gentle voice, "Don't worry. Design it when you have time. Your design is the best!"

Tina nodded. "Thank you, Aunt Meadow..."

"Uncle Chin, Aunt Meadow!" A somewhat mischievous male voice rang out.

Desmond, dressed in a bright yellow suit, appeared with his curly hair and his hands in his pockets.

"Desmond is also here!" Meadow smiled kindly and pulled up her husband. "You young people have a little chat. We elders will go over there and say hello to some friends!"

The couple nodded at Tina and turned to leave.

After walking to the side, Bellamy could not help but ask, "Is that Wilson's ex-girlfriend?"

Hearing her husband describe Tina as Wilson's ex-girlfriend, Meadow felt very depressed.

She nodded reluctantly. "Hmm..."

Bellamy muttered to himself, "I heard that she is the daughter of the Amery family and was brought back to the family recently. Four months ago, she had already helped the Amery family formed an marriage alliance with the Stark family!"

Meadow again nodded unwillingly. "Hmm..."

Bellamy sighed and continued to ask, "Wilson went to Country M without saying a word for this?"

The couple had been looking forward to the New Year's Eve.

Not only because they decided to celebrate the arrival of the new year, but also because they agreed that on New Year's Eve, Wilson's would officially come home with his girlfriend.

However, before New Year's Eve, Wilson only gave a phone call and told them that he was going to Country M. And he told them that he would not come back on New Year's Eve. And when the two elders asked Wilson about the girlfriend, he remained silent for a few seconds on the line and said that they had broken up.

Then he hung up the phone and left for more than four months. There was no news of him at all.

Bellamy had just analyzed the situation and thought that his son had been hurt by Tina.

"I don't think so." Meadow shook her head. "I think Tina should get married after they had broke up!"

Bellamy frowned and said righteously, "Then it was Wilson hurt the girl? That bastard!"

Meadow was speechless.

Seeing the expression on his wife's face, Bellamy sighed and consoled her. "No matter what, she's already married. This means that they are not destined!"

Meadow became even sadder after hearing his words.

Her daughter-in-law had flown away. Should she drink some wine to ease the pain?

Tina looked at Desmond, who had his hands wrapped around his chest instead of in his pockets. He gave her a straight face.

She couldn't help laughing. "Are you still angry?"

Desmond's eyes widened as big as a golden fish. He was exasperated when he spoke of this matter. "Tina, you're too mean! Back then, when you needed a marriage alliance to help the Amery get through difficulties, why didn't you come to me? Isn't the Chin's Group more powerful than the Stark. There's nothing you can't handle after you become my woman!"

"Am I not handsome? Not charming? Not rich?" Nôvel(D)ra/ma.Org exclusive © material.

Desmond felt his heart broken.

"Of course I can't marry you!" Tina said.

"Why?" Desmond's face was filled with doubt.

Tina didn't say anything and just looked at him with a smile.

Desmond was speechless.

The corners of Desmond's mouth twitched under her gaze. He couldn't help rolling his eyes.

"You and Wilson had already broken up. Why do you still act like a sister-in-law?" Desmond thought.

Tina changed the subject. "Have you been busy recently?"

"I'm busy!" Desmond nodded and scratched a handful of his hair. "There are countless documents and meetings every day. Countless major events and trivial matters are waiting for me to make a decision. Taking charge of two entertainment companies was much more easier! Of course, it's not easy to be the outstanding Wilson Chin and not everyone can be the head of the Chin's Group. I'm so busy everyday that I feel like getting a heart attack! I've aged ages now!"

Although he said so, he would be responsible for the Chin's Group no matter how difficult it was. After all, Wilson trusted him and had given the Chin's Group to his charge.

Desmond shook his long legs. "Where's the little girl? Help me tell her that I'll treat her to a meal after I'm done with work. I promised her last time that I'll take her to the most luxurious seafood feast!"

"She has been living in the Amery family these days!" Tina smiled and said, "Okay, I will tell her!"

The banquet didn't end until late at night.

The guests walked out of the banquet hall one after another, including Tina and Amin.

Taking the elevator to the first floor, he met a familiar business partner. He said apologetically, "Tina, wait me for a while. I have to go over and say hello."

Tina knew that Amin had invested a lot of energy in his work.

It seemed that only by doing so could he have no time to think about other things.

Tina nodded. "Okay!"

After Amin walked to the person he was familiar with, Tina also saw a familiar figure.

She lifted the hem of her skirt and went over, "Lawyer Chiang!"

Hayden Chiang was wearing a black knee-length trench coat. His buttons were meticulously fastened, revealing a white shirt underneath his collar.

He was handsome. Under the light, the amber pupils looked unfathomable. There was also a trace of hidden evil in his eyes, which made him particularly attractive.

"Miss Hall? Long time no see!" Hayden nodded with a smile, surprised.

Tina noticed the tiredness from journey in his eyes, "Have you just returned home?"

Hayden nodded. "Yes, I've taken on a case. The court would be held in domestic."

Hayden was as tall as Wilson.

Tina raised her head slightly, and her eyelashes cast shadows on her face. She pressed her lips together and asked, "Lawyer Chiang, can I ask you one thing?"

Hayden's deep amber eyes could see through people's hearts. "Does it have anything to do with Wilson?"

"Yes." Tina nodded.

Hayden said deeply, "Go ahead and ask!"

After Wilson broke up with her, he then flew to Lonton City, where Hayden's headquarter located. She had called so many times. The only time she had been answered was by Hayden.

They were friends, so it was impossible that Hayden didn't know.

Tina's eyes were surging. "Wilson broke up with me. Why? Do you know anything? Is there any difficulties that he could not mention?"

Hayden thought deeply for a few seconds, as if he was considering it. He then answered her seriously, "It's better to wait for Wilson to tell you about this by himself. What I can tell you is that there is indeed grievance that he could not speak of!"

Tina lowered her eyes and understood.

Just as she had expected, Wilson had no choice.

Hayden paused before leaving. He turned around and said to her, "By the way, don't tell Malee about my return. I'm give her a surprise!"

"Okay!" Tina nodded.

"But, would it be surprise? Malee had always said that every time his appearance was a shock." She thought.
