Chapter 583
Chapter 583
“I know, I have given up!”
We went to the hot spring with Isabella until the evening. When we got home, we saw Carson’s car
parked at the door.
“You have to be careful. The bitch is now a bitch, but she is invincible.” Isabella warned me.
“I will be careful.” After sending Isabella off, I turned around and entered the house. I saw that Carson
and my father were playing chess. This shameless thing was really good at it.
“I’m back!” I resisted my disgust.
“I’m back! Let’s eat!” My father smiled at me.
During dinner, my father changed his temper and talked to Carson about some business matters. The
two of them chatted very well. I watched from the side and became more and more angry. I randomly
ate a few mouthfuls and put down my chopsticks, ready to leave.
My father stopped me, “There is an opera performance tonight. Carson bought a ticket. You go up and
dress up. After dinner, we will set off.”
I held back my anger and went upstairs. Thinking of Eric coming back at night, I sent him a WeChat
message, “I can’t come to pick you up tonight.”
“Why?”
“My dad asked me to accompany him to watch an opera.”
Eric did not come back. It was obvious that he was unhappy now. I was also unhappy. I lay on the bed
in a daze. It was not until my mother knocked on the door that I randomly changed my clothes and
went out.
My mind was not on the opera at all. My parents were very fascinated. It was already ten o’clock after
watching the opera.
Carson sent us home. When we got home, he looked at me with great care. “Honey, you eat very little
tonight. Shall I take you to eat delicious supper?”
“I don’t want to eat.” I flatly refused.
“Go, go. It’s still early. It’s fine to stay at home.” My dad interrupted. NôvelDrama.Org owns © this.
This was giving me time to talk to Carson. I didn’t refuse. There were some things I had to make clear
to the bitch.
So I got into Carson’s car again. When I passed by the place where Eric often parked, I glanced at it
and was surprised to find that there was a car parked there.
There was no car here just now. Did Eric come to my door so quickly?
Or was this someone else’s car?
While thinking, Carson began to apologize, “Honey, I was in the wrong that day. Don’t be angry with
me, okay?”
“You don’t suspect that I have an affair with Dylan?” I asked indifferently.
“I don’t doubt it anymore. I was wrong. Mom has already criticized me. If my wife really had something
with Dylan, there was no need to wait until now. It was all because I was overwhelmed by jealousy.
Wife, I love you too much. When I saw you with another man, I couldn’t control myself…”
“Alright, you don’t have to say anymore!” I immediately interrupted him.
“Wife, you forgive me?”
