Chapter 866
Chapter 866
Chapter 866 The number of the sender was a Caldorian one. Larissa had a name, but she was not sure I was really him. She shakily texted, “Who are you?” The response was quick, “Kevan Rogers.” As she expected. Larissa did not have the energy to wonder how he was here, but she only felt a sense of safety now. It was like she did not have to be afraid of anything when he was here. After she had taken care of her appearance in the mirror, Larissa only carefully walked out of the lemale washroom. There was no one outside. She could not see Kevan or Edmund. She was confused when someone grabbed her wrist and paled her into a cool hug. The familar smell surrounded Larissa, and she teared up almost immediately. All the fear disappeared and she turned to hug Kevan tightly around his waist.
Kevan held her just as tightly, and he kept patting her back with one hand. His low and gentle voice sounded above her head. “It’s alright. It’s alright now.” All the lensier in Larissa’s brain snapped, and she buried her face in Kevan’s chest and let herself sob, Having faked being strong for so long, she was really, really tired. Kevan leaned down to kiss her forehead. While sadness for her flashed across his eyes, there was also a hint of dark crurity. There were not many people entering or exiting the washroom, but there were people anyway. Sometimes people would pass by and stare at this amazingly handsome and pretty couple. But most of them would not think much, they just thought it was a couple couple taking the chance to let out all their feelings before their Separation. Kevan stood there without moving. He waited for Larissa to finish crying before he held her face and wiped her tears with a tissue. “Do you still fee. sad?” he asked her. Larissa bit her lip and shook her head. Her eyes were red and swollen.
“Good.” Kevan int out the first smile today since they met. He led Larissa out while holding her hand. “Lewis should be here. Let’s go outside.” The big waiting room was still the same. Travelers were still s cattered across the entire place. Edmund and his black sut men were g though. Larissa asked, ‘Where’s Edmund? Did he get on the plane?” “No,” Kevan said coldly. “He’s on the way to the police station.” “Huh?” Larissa was very surprised. “Did you call the police? How did you tell them? And his guys, did the police catch them too? “Yeah, I told the pouce that my wife had been kidnapped. The police treated this realy seriously. His guys they must be on the way back to Caldor right now.” Kevan did not tell Lanssa the truth He would call the police, but not now. Before handing Edmund over to the police, Kewan planned to give Edmund a good lesson to teach him that there were some people that he could not touch. As for Edmund’s guys, Kevan got people to take them all away. He could tell that they were not loyal to Edmund, otherwise they would not have stood there pretending to be idiots when Larissa escaped and let Edmund chase alter her in person. Kevan knew all too well where this “disloyally’ came from. All text © NôvelD(r)a'ma.Org.
