Take Me Away

Chapter 94 Please Leave Him (Part One)

Chapter 94 Please Leave Him (Part One)

Fiona quickened her pace, unable to keep the smile off her face. "Don't come near me, Spencer!"

"You tricked me first! I need to get back at you!" Spencer purposely slowed down as he chased after

Fiona. "I'm going to catch up with you, you know!"

He was getting closer and closer to her. It didn't take long for him to catch up with her as she wasn't

exactly the fastest runner out there. In the next second, he already seized her by the waist.

"Are you sure you still want to run away?" He grabbed her from her back and turned her around.

"Hmm, did you just shove a snowball down my clothes? How dare you!"

Lowering her head, she muttered, "I was wrong..."

"It's good that you know you're wrong! Take out the snowball for me! It's still stuffed in my clothes!"

With a trace of guilt on her face, she asked hurriedly, "Where?"

"I don't know." He twisted his body in pain, grimaced. "Hurry up and take the snowball out. Take it out

for me now."

Without any hesitation, Fiona reached out and shoved her hand down Spencer's clothes. She couldn't

help but be startled by the warmth of his body—a refreshing change to the biting cold winter. Trying to

stop herself from blushing, she frowned as she asked, "Where is it? Here?"

Holding back his laughter, he responded, "Fiona, your hand's even colder than the snowball."

"I..." Startled, Fiona hurriedly attempted to withdraw her hand.

Before she could do that, he successfully grabbed her hand in time. "What? You don't want to take the

snowball out?"

"But my hand is cold!"

"I know. You can put your hand in my clothes for some warmth!"

Mouth agape, Fiona looked at him in disbelief. 'Spencer, have you lost your mind?' she thought

inwardly.

"Fiona!" His face suddenly became very serious. He slowly took Fiona's hand and said, "Do you know

what this is?"

Meanwhile, Fiona felt a surge of nervousness in her heart. She hastily moved her hand. "What? I... I

didn't touch anything." She blinked in puzzlement.

"Are you sure?" Spencer frowned but there was a faint smile in his eyes. "That's impossible. You are

touching my abs!" Fiona's face

suddenly turned red as she froze. 'Well, it feels good.'

"How is it? Does it feel good?" He raised his eyebrows, looking very proud.

"You're crazy!" Fiona said through her teeth as she readied to retrieve her hand.

But he hastily pressed her hand against his body and said, "You haven't found the snowball yet!"

"Snowball? Are you kidding me?" Fiona shouted and struggled. "Let me go! Stop holding my hand!"

Staring at her, he asked in a serious tone, "Fiona, did you have a good time?"

Fiona raised her head slightly. After a short pause, Spencer said, "You should smile like that more

often. Look at you, you look like a little girl having the time of her life. If you don't smile, you look old

and boring!"

"Like a little girl?" Unfortunately, this didn't go so well with Fiona. Looking visibly displeased, she

retorted, "Well,

won't that make you look older?" The expression on his face changed dramatically. "Fiona, if you call

me old one more time, I'll make sure you regret it. I'm not old at all! You may be young but that doesn't

mean that I'm old! I'm only 26!"

Fiona raised her eyebrows in confusion. "Isn't your birthday the day after tomorrow? You're turning 27

soon!"

His eyes narrowed as he said, "Fiona, you're just getting braver, aren't you? Do you want to see for

yourself how powerful I am?"

"No!" She turned her head away and stepped back. "Spencer, let go of my hand!" Content held by NôvelDrama.Org.

"No way!" With that, Spencer leaned forward and fixed his gaze on Fiona.

"What do you want?" Fiona asked, looking back at Spencer.

"What do you think?" He moved closer and stared at her.

At that moment, time seemed to have stop. Their eyes met, transfixed in each other's gaze as snow fell

around them. Anyone who was watching from afar could tell how romantic the scene was. If they

inched towards each other just a bit, they would be kissing each other already.

"Hurry up!"

"Come on, Spencer! Go for it!"

"Kiss her!"

The crowd that had gathered outside the shooting range were all urging them to kiss. Their curiosity

wouldn't let them turn away from the romantic scene. Even then, Spencer and Fiona seemed to have

no idea they were all there.

"Come on, Spencer! It's the right time to kiss!"

"My camera is ready!"

"Where did you get the camera?"

"I borrowed it."

"Make sure you take lots of photos!"

"Don't worry. I've already taken a lot. I'm just waiting for them to kiss so I can take more!"

"Excuse me, where is Spencer?"

Celine's voice came.

A few heads turned and immediately spotted Celine. Embarrassed and bewildered smiles appeared on

their faces almost at once.

"Hello, Miss Cheng!" one of them greeted her. "Mr. Spencer is inside the shooting range."

'Inside the shooting range?' Celine frowned as she turned to look at the shooting range. Upon

recognizing the two figures standing close to each other, she promptly strode forward and shouted,

"Spencer!"

Her voice echoed in their ears.

Fiona shrieked and hastily pushed Spencer away.

Spencer was taken aback when Fiona pushed him away without warning. When he saw Celine

approaching, he frowned and suddenly understood Fiona.

As Celine marched towards them, Fiona instantly shrunk back in embarrassment. For some reason,

she felt uncomfortable as if she had just been caught having an affair.

"Spencer, what are you doing in the shooting range so late?" Celine only acknowledged Spencer even

though Fiona was right next to him.

"We were training. What are you doing out here?" Spencer asked flatly.

With a small smile, Celine responded, "I made dinner for you. I saw that you still weren't back so I went

out to look for you. Are you done with work? Shall we go back for dinner?"

After thinking for a while, he nodded and said, "Okay, then let's go back!"

With a bright smile on her face, Celine walked up to him and grabbed his sleeve. "Let's go!"

"Yes." However, he withdrew his arm from her hand and turned to look at Fiona,

saying, "Let's go." "Oh." Fiona nodded as she took a step forward. However, Spencer suddenly

grabbed her hand.

Upon noticing the surprised look on Fiona's face, Spencer explained, "I need to hold your hand. You

can be stupid sometimes and it's freezing out here. What if you fall?"

"But..."

"Don't complain. Let's just go." He dragged her forward.
