The Billionaire’s Maid Bride (Flanagan and Allison)

Chapter 483

Chapter 483

There were only a few servants in the house, so it wasn’t hard to sniff them out. But no one fessed up.

Margo warned them a few times, satisfying her ego with a bit of power tripping, then she left.

Linda retreated to the kitchen, her back slick with cold sweat. Because she was the one who had

spilled the beans to Christopher. She had the driver’s number, so she had called him, and the driver

had passed the message to Christopher.

Linda wasn’t sure if she was right or wrong in doing so. She owed Allison a favor, and she had to pay it

back. It was her own weakness that had led her to give Allison’s address to Penelope. She had been

with Allison for a long time and knew well that Allison despised liars and deceivers. Text © owned by NôvelDrama.Org.

The company arranged a new living/place for Allison. All the company’s artists lived in the same

neighborhood, which had a top-notch security system that effectively kept away nosy reporters and

crazed fans. Allison was planning to move in these two days. She called Daisy and broke the news to

her. “Has your friend returned to her country? I’m moving, and I really want to thank your friend. Can I

treat her to a meal?”

Daisy was startled for a moment before remembering that the house her ‘friend’ lived in was actually

bought by Jason. In order to get Allison to move in, she had said it belonged to a friend living

overseas”. “She hasn’t gone back yet, so the house is empty. You’re moving? Where to?”

“The company arranged it, Powell Estate.”

“That’s a nice neighborhood with a great location. A lot of celebrities live there.”

“I’m moving in the next few days. I’ll return the keys to you.”

Daisy quickly changed her clothes. “I’ll be right over.”

Allison was tidying her wardrobe. She held her phone with her neck and said, “What’s the rush?”

“I’m bored at home. I’ll come over, and I can help you move.”

Soon after, Daisy drove to Blue Mountain Estate. Allison was still organizing her wardrobe when Daisy

walked in and exclaimed, “Wow, did Lucian Lindberg give you all these? How fancy!”

The wardrobe was filled with clothes and bags given by Lucian, all luxury brands and limited editions.

“Allison, this denim bag is limited edition worldwide. I have a friend who couldn’t even buy it. Mr.

Lindberg is really impressive to have gotten it so easily.”

Allison raised her head and took a glance. She had never used this bag before. Daisy helped Allison

tidy up her bedroom.

Allison’s most prized possessions were her books on the bookshelf. She went over and carefully

placed each book into a box. Soon a vehicle would come to transport these items.

While helping Allison pack, Daisy asked, “Where’s Ms. Grace?

Allison paused her actions. Daisy didn’t know about her background, and naturally didn’t know about

Grace being in the hospital. Allison pursed her lips and said, “She’s in the hospital.”

Daisy asked immediately, “What happened to Ms. Grace? Is she feeling unwell?”

“It’s just an emotional disorder. She’ll be okay after a few days in the hospital. She’ll be discharged the

day after tomorrow.”

Daisy suggested, “I’ll accompany you to visit Ms. Grace this afternoon. You’re moving to Powell Estate.

Will Ms. Grace live there too? I assume your agency is pretty strict about this, and artists probably can’t

live with their families.”

That was how tight the management of large agencies was.

Allison hadn’t considered this before, but upon hearing Daisy’s words, she started thinking. She called

Patty. Three minutes later, she hung up. As Daisy had said, artists couldn’t live with their families.

However, Patty said she could make additional arrangements for her. But after thinking for a while,

Allison declined.

She couldn’t be completely selfless. After knowing the truth, she couldn’t live with Grace like before.

However, to abandon Grace and let her fend for herself was also something she couldn’t bring herself

to do.
