Chapter Forty; Deepest Desires
“Holy shit.”
I gasped as I looked up at the majestic building that was the CEO’s home. A young butler stood at my side, wearing a polite smile as I gaped at the luxurious building.
Don’t get me wrong, I knew the CEO was rich, it was obvious, but this was far beyond my expectations.
The villa was incredible. Gleaming white stone walls and huge windows reflected the perfectly kept gardens and bright blue sky. Grand mahogany doors with marble columns marked the entrance. A cobblestone driveway led up to the house, lined with neat hedges and colorful flower beds. An ornate fountain in the center added a calming sound.
An infinity pool stretched toward the horizon, blending with the view of the rolling hills. Iron balconies jutted from the upper floors, offering sweeping views of the estate. The roof, with its terracotta tiles, added a Mediterranean touch.
In the distance, a glass conservatory filled with exotic plants hinted at the lush interior. This villa wasn’t just a building; it was a pure, unfiltered luxury.
I gulped my spit, anxiously chewing on my bottom lip as my nervousness tripled. My grip on my bag tightened and even as the kind butler ushered me in, I stayed rooted in my spot, feeling so out of place.
The invitation was sudden, so sudden that I didn’t take it seriously at first. But early this morning, I was awakened by a soft knock on the door, opening it to see Luke’s driver who patiently waited to take me there.NôvelD(ram)a.ôrg owns this content.
Only then did it sink in.
I was at the CEO’s home.
“This way madam.” The butler called out to me, and I snapped out of my daze, forcing an apologetic smile as my legs finally moved.
My heart thumped loudly against my chest as different scenarios crossed my mind. The contract stated I should make myself available any time he called for me, knowing it would be to satisfy his sexual needs. I understood that much, but weren’t things like this done in a hotel?
Why would he invite me to his home?!
As we entered the lavish villa, my lips parted in awe once again. The interior design was pure art. My gaze bounced about the large lounge, soaking every detail into memory like a child in wonderland.
The lounge was stunning. My hands skimmed over the deep red velvet sofas, marveling at how incredibly soft they were, decorated with golden tassels.
I tipped my head heavenward, to the crystal chandeliers that hung from the ceiling, casting a warm glow over the room.
The foot of my heels dug into the Persian rugs covering the marble flaws, with each step I took I traced the intricate design lining them. A large marble fireplace crackled warmly, and tall bookshelves filled with old books added a nice charm to the room.
I suddenly had the urge to reach out for a book, wanting to know what kind of literature would interest a man like the CEO.
What caught my attention the most were the different art paintings decorating the walls, each piece more captivating than the last.
Every detail showed off the wealth and taste that filled this home, a world so different from mine.
The Butler stopped walking, and I was too busy admiring the place to notice. I accidentally bumped into his back, muttering an apology as he turned to me.
The young man’s smile never wavered, it was kinda creepy. “The master will be with you soon madam, please have a seat.” He said, gesturing to the sofa and I obliged.
The butler disappeared down the hall, leaving me to myself and my chaotic thoughts. I sat stiffly in my seat, my feet tapping against the floor as I hummed a random tune. It was a coping mechanism I developed anytime I found myself in a new environment.
Every second felt like an eternity as I waited, anxiety gnawing at my insides.
Would we have sex again? Along with that thought came the image of him fucking me on this very sofa. My core throbbed, causing me to squeeze my thighs together as I heaved out a sigh. I shook my head, my cheeks heating up.
I shouldn’t get ahead of myself.
I glanced around the room, hoping to find something, anything, to take my mind off the growing tension. My eyes settled on a particular painting-a serene landscape of a tranquil river. It seemed almost out of place, contrasting with the aesthetic of the lounge, yet it drew me in with its simplicity and calm.
I took a deep breath, trying to let the peaceful scene soothe my nerves. Just as I began to relax, I heard footsteps approaching. My heart rate spiked, and I quickly adjusted my posture, sitting up straight and trying to appear composed.
He’s here!
The footsteps grew louder, and then he appeared. Luke, the CEO, walked into the room wearing a plush, dark robe that accentuated his broad shoulders and strong build. The man held a mischievous smile, a wine glass in one hand while the other was tucked in the robe.
Of course, only a man like him would start his day with a glass of wine. Who else but Luke Graham?
His appearance caught me off guard, and I felt a hot flush creep up my neck. My breath hitched at the unexpected sight of him dressed so casually, his confident stride only amplifying his presence.
My heart skipped a beat as he approached me.
“Good morning,” he greeted, his voice smooth and commanding. “I’m glad you could make it.”
“Good morning,” I replied, my voice barely above a whisper.
The CEO sighed as he flopped on the sofa next to me. I shift my gaze to the painting I admired earlier, unable to face him. Soon I heard a deep chuckle, followed by light shuffling as he got closer.
“You’re so tense.” I flinched as his sturdy hands massaged my shoulders, easing me against his side. “Relax Aurelia.” He whispered in my ear, but my reaction was the exact opposite.
Along with his clothes, The CEO’s aura seemed a bit different. It was a lot less assertive, and the gentleness he exuded was rare and captivating. I leaned against him, my body moving with a force that was beyond me, like now a small piece of metal would cling to a magnet. There was no use fighting the attraction.
His touch sent shivers down my spine, and I stiffened even more. I could feel the heat radiating from his body, the scent of his cologne intoxicatingly close. It suffocated me, replacing the air in my lungs and making me lightheaded.
How did he expect to relax when he’s wearing nothing but a robe?! My poor heart can only handle so much.
The CEO chuckled softly again, his breath warm against my ear. “No need to be nervous,” he murmured, his hands working gently but firmly on my shoulders. “You’re here because I want you here.”
I swallowed hard, my mouth dry. “I… I wasn’t sure what to expect,” I admitted, wincing internally at my stutter.
“Tell me,” Luke twirled a strand of my hair around his fingers, a tentative smile adorning his handsome face. He pulled back just enough to look into my eyes, his gaze intense. “Did you come prepared?” he asked, his velvet voice carrying a seductive touch.
Damn this man. The gesture was simple yet provocative, a blend he executed perfectly. How can he be so perfect? God definitely had favorites, and he was a clear example of one.
My heart pounded in my chest. I knew what he meant, and the thought of what was about to happen made my stomach flutter. I nodded, standing up slowly.
I wore a wrap dress, a simple but elegant design in a deep emerald green that contrasted with my skin. The fabric clung to my curves, the sash tied loosely at my waist. With trembling fingers, I began to untie the sash, my movements hesitant.
Luke’s eyes never left mine, his gaze darkening with anticipation as he arched a brow.
I took a deep breath, bracing myself for what I was about to do. I let the dress fall open, revealing the lingerie he had bought for me-delicate lace in a deep crimson, the bra, and panties accentuating every curve of my body. I could feel his eyes roam over me, taking in every detail, and it made my skin tingle.
“Oh,” he breathed, his voice husky. He stood up, closing the distance between us in a few strides. His eyes lingered on my body, his gaze a gentle caress that left goosebumps in its trail. I unconsciously held my breath. His hands cupped my face, tilting it up so that I had no choice but to look into his eyes. “You’re absolutely stunning, Aurelia.”
His words sent a rush of warmth through me, easing some of my nervousness. He leaned in, his lips brushing against mine in a feather-light kiss that left me craving more. “But today isn’t about me,” he murmured against my lips.
“What?” I was genuinely confused.
Luke’s eyes softened, a glint of something deeper lingering in his heterochromatic pupils. “Your bucket list, Pick two things from it and I’ll do it with you.”
His eyes lowered as he traced my bottom lip with his thumb. I watched with bated breath as the CEO swiped a bit of my lip gloss, his tongue darted out to lick his thumb, his unwavering gaze never leaving mine. “Our contract goes in both ways, remember…” he continued, his free hand snaked around my waist, pulling me flush against him.
“Tell me your deepest desires Aurelia.”
