The Ex-Husband's Revenge

Chapter 3165

Chapter 3165

His long spear cut through the air at an unbelievable speed.

The military helicopter's alarm blared noisily, but the crew was caught off guard.

Before they could take necessary precautions, the spear stabbed across the windshield into the pilot's body. The pilot died on the spot.

The helicopter's alarm kept blaring as it was under attack.

Subsequently, the helicopter plummeted to the ground as dense clouds of smoke spiraled from its body.

A deafening boom rang out as the helicopter burst into flames after crashing.

Everyone in the town stared at the raging flames, tension visibly etched on their faces.

Outside the defensive wall, the werewolves whooped excitedly and chanted the name of the werewolf warrior who destroyed the helicopter repeatedly, "Aroke, Aroke, Aroke..." Even Raytor gave Aroke an approving look.

Aroke's attack was a resounding success. Not only did he earn the respect of his fellow werewolves, but he also gained the approval of the Alpha Wolf. Aroke couldn't help but swell with pride. He howled in Nathan's direction, making a few provoking and insulting gestures.

Nathan's expression turned as dark as thunder.

Beside him, Colin, Sevan, and the rest were simmering with anger.

From afar, Aroke saw Nathan's face darken, and his gaze turned icy. His superior vision allowed him to make out the details of the expression even from a distance.

Fury tore through him as he whirled around to grab a new spear from his subordinate, ready to launch another attack.

This time, his target wasn't the helicopter anymore; it was the leader of the humans, Nathan.

Raytor took in Aroke's action but didn't bother stopping him.

He wanted to find out if Nathan was capable enough of avoiding Aroke's spear.

It would be great if Aroke could kill Nathan with the spear. Even if he missed his target, his strike would compel Nathan to duck hastily, putting him in his place and shaking the confidence of the humans. Aroke lifted the spear up high. With a low growl, he hurled the spear ahead with all his might.

Whoosh!

The spear propelled forward at lightning speed, zooming through the air and heading straight for Nathan's chest.

All the humans blanched in horror.

They had witnessed Aroke's capability a while ago. He was strong enough to bring down a helicopter.

It was clear Nathan would perish here if he failed to dodge the attack.

However, Nathan didn't budge an inch.

The crowd was filled with apprehension as they watched Nathan, not knowing what to expect. Suddenly, the man took action. Nathan lifted his left arm and caught the spear easily as though he was plucking a flower.

What?

Aroke's eyes widened, and his mouth hung agape as he stared in astonishment at the scene unfolding not too far away from him.

The werewolves that were whooping excitedly a while ago fell silent and gaped at Nathan in disbelief.

They couldn't believe that Nathan had caught the spear tossed out by Aroke that easily.

Nathan held the spear with his left hand. He then lifted it up and snapped it into two as if it were ho more than a delicate tree branch. He then gave a disdainful snort before throwing one end of the spear back to Aroke.

The broken spear sliced through the air and disappeared in a flash.

Aroke's eyes turned as wide as saucers. He instinctively wanted to avoid the spear, but before he could move, the broken end flew straight to him and stabbed deep into his chest.

"Ah!" Aroke let out an anguished scream and died instantly.

Before any sides could regain their composure, Nathan threw the other broken end of the the spear. Whoosh!

The spear disappeared in a flash.

Not far away, the flagpole of the regal flag belonging to the werewolf clan was cut in half.

Crack!

Raytor's flag crashed to the ground.

The warrior holding the flagpole paled in fear.
