The Planning
Chapter 63 The Planning
Ramos hesitated, his mind racing. He knew he had to think of something quickly, or he would be captured. Then, an idea came to him.
“I can give you anything you want,” he said, his voice confident. “You just name it. Money, power or influence, Raven. You name it and it is yours.”
“You really think you could fool me into working for you because of money, power and influence? You are so wrong, Ramos.
I don’t need anything from you. All I want is to kill you and throw your body to your pet shark who is now in my custody.
But you see, I plan to feed your flesh to your pet shark and see if he will be faithful to his master all these years for feeding him with innocent lives.
I’m gonna watch as it would rip you to strides and make you scream.” Raven said.
“What do you want…from me?” Ramos asked, his voice shaking.
“I want you to die by my own hands, but there is someone who wants to kill you more than I want to kill you.
Ramos thought who could it be that wanted him dead. He knew that a lot of people wanted him dead for what he had done to a lot of people.
But who could that be.
Then Alfonso appeared…
….
Before the attack on Ramos mansion.
“So are you gonna leave Raven there alone?” Alfonso asked.
“I’m thinking. She told me that I must not tell Ramos where Carlos family are because if I do, Ramos would come after them and us and kill everyone of us and take what he wants from them.” Alfredo said.
“What the hell does he want from them?” Alfonso asked.
“I don’t know… but whatever it is, it got Carlos killed and led his family into hiding for their lives until everything is sorted out.” Alfredo said.
“Why don’t you ask her, Alfredo. She must know what Ramos wants.” Alfonso asked.
“I don’t want to, Alfonso. It’s risky.” Alfredo said.
“What’s risky about it?” Alfonso asked.
“If we find out what Ramos wants from her, it could put us in danger as well.”
“But Raven is out there and we don’t know what he might do to her if we don’t act fast.
I suggest we attack his mansion with everything we’ve got and kill him once and for all and then you save Raven.” Alfonso said.
Alfredo considered this plan, but he was unsure. On one hand, he wanted to save Raven from whatever Ramos might do to her.
On the other hand, he didn’t want to put his own family at risk. He knew that if they attacked Ramos, it could start a war, and there was no guarantee that they would win.
“I don’t know,” he said. “We could end up losing everything if we do that.”
Alfonso shook his head. “We have to do something,” he said. “If we don’t, then we’re just sitting back and letting things happen.
And you and I both know that Ramos has gone too far and needs to be stopped. If we don’t do this now, when are we gonna do it.” Alfonso said.
Alfredo thought about this for a moment. Alfonso was right – Ramos had gone too far, and something had to be done. But what if they made a move and it backfired? What if they ended up in even more danger than they were already in?
“I’m not sure,” he said. “What if we make a mistake? What if things go wrong?”
“We can’t let fear stop us from doing what’s right,” Alfonso said. “We have to take a stand, or else we’ll be living in fear forever.
And besides, the longer we stay and try to think of a way, Raven and her father might die and so it would all be for nothing.”
Alfredo thought deeply. He didn’t want anything to happen to Raven. He loved her from the very day she walked into the hospital her father was rushed to.
He saw how much she cared for her father and treated him. He wouldn’t want anything to happen to her. He just won’t be able to live with himself.
Suddenly, Alfredo made up his mind. “We’re going to help her,” he said. “I can’t just sit back and let her suffer. We’re going to do everything we can to save her and her father.”
“I’m glad you’ve made that decision,” Alfonso said. “But we have to be smart about it. We can’t just go in there guns blazing. We need a plan.”
Alfredo nodded. “We need to think this through,” he said.
“So what do you have in mind?” Alfonso asked.
“I think we should gather more men and attack tomorrow night. We infiltrate his mansion and kill all his guard and then kill all his men and save Raven and her father.” Alfredo said.
Alfonso considered this for a moment. “That could work,” he said. “But we need to be careful. We don’t want to start a war that we can’t win. How many men do you think we’ll need?”
Alfredo thought for a moment. “We’ll need at least twenty men,” he said. “That should be enough to take out his guards and secure the mansion. But we’ll need more men to keep the peace once the fighting is over. We don’t want the violence to spread.”
“That’s a good point,” Alfonso said.
“How do we do that?”
“We’ll need to enlist the help of the police,” Alfredo said. “We need to make sure that they’re ready to step in and maintain order once the fighting is over. We don’t want the streets to be filled with bloodthirsty men looking for revenge.”
“I’ll talk to the chief of police, he isn’t as corrupt as the rest.” Alfonso said. “I’ll explain the situation and see if he’s willing to help.”
Alfredo nodded. “What about the families of the men who will be fighting?” he asked.
“There are a lot of people who wants Ramos dead like we do. What we need to do is talk to them and convince them to take revenge once and for all.” Alfonso said.
“They would be willing to destroy Ramos once and for all.”
“But you know that Ramos has some politicians standing by him and so if we stop him, it won’t stop those politicians from doing what they can to protect him because he knows too much about them and he could use it to destroy them.” Alfredo said.
“So what are you saying Alfredo?” Alfonso asked.
“What I’m saying is that if we want to catch Ramos, it won’t be that easy, because he would try to find a way to escape and so we would need a back up plan.
Maybe he would have a secret passage where he could slip out and run or a secret hideout.”Content © copyrighted by NôvelDrama.Org.
“He could, but I don’t know how we are gonna find that out.” Alfredo said.
Then he thought deeply.
“On second thought, I think I know someone who would know Ramos secret hideout.”
“Who could that be?” Alfonso asked, but then realized who.
“Raven.”
“Hmmmm… I just hope she can hang in there until we get there tomorrow night.”
Alfredo took a deep breath as his heart is beating so fast.
“I just hope that she’s okay.”
