Chapter 337 Extra Story No. 7 About Nicole Si
I am Nicole Si.
Other children had parents and grandparents on their father's side to accompany them, but when I was
born, I only had my mother, grandparents and two uncles on my mother's side to accompany me.
At first, I didn't have any feelings about my lack of a father.
I grew older, and by the time I was one year old, I could walk and talk. But, one day, I suddenly felt so
empty. Then, I became aware of the fact that I was missing something in my home.
Many people loved me, but I realized that neither my mother nor my two uncles could give me what I
needed.
And I knew that it was my father's love.
Many nights, I saw my mother looking at a picture of a person on her phone and weeping silently.
I knew that it was my father, the one I had always been yearning to see, even though I've never met
him.
One day, when my mother wasn't home, I clumsily rummaged through all the magazines in her room.
There were dozens of magazines.
And they all had a picture of a handsome man on the cover or inside it.
I looked closely at him. I didn't know his name, where he lived, or why his eyes looked so scary.
Strangely, I was not afraid of his indifferent eyes, but instead, I felt warmth from them.
Before I turned two years old, I found out that his name was Harry.
The name Harry has been in my mind ever since, and a voice told me that he was my father... Harry
was my father...
Although no one had explicitly told me that Harry was my father, and I had never dared to ask my
mother if he really was, but from my deep down heart, I knew he was.
One day, I finally got up the nerve to ask my mother where my father was. She told me that he was
abroad.
Actually, I had learned from the news that he had already come to A Country.
My father seemed to be an amazing man. He had been on the financial news channels almost every
day, sometimes even on the entertainment news channels. Although people didn't know I was his
daughter, I was proud to have such a wonderful father.
Not long after, my mother gave me some beautiful skirts and some toys, and she said my father bought
them for me.
It gave me so much delight. I held my mother and kept asking about him. I knew that the time when I
would finally meet him was coming close.
My father and I were meant to meet, so the opportunity soon came.
The others were busy working that day, and only my Uncle Joseph played with me. I secretly asked
him to take me to my father.
He immediately refused my request. He seemed very afraid of my father. But when I gave him a little
threat, he agreed.
It was the first time I met my father. He was tall and handsome.
As I had felt before, he gave me warmth, instead of the intimidation that other people usually felt. He
looked at me very gently and even picked me up.
I was so happy.
One of my classmates in kindergarten told me that her father loved her very much and often took her
for ice cream.
I wished my father would take me for ice cream, too, so I asked him if he could. To my surprise, he
actually did.
It was the happiest day of my life.
However, my father had an evil woman around him, and she always tried to sabotage my parents'
relationship.
What hurt me most was that the evil woman was going to marry him!
Thus, when Uncle Joseph asked me to tell my father who I really was, I agreed without hesitation.
My father didn't disappoint me. Upon learning that I was his daughter, he picked me up and took me to Copyright Nôv/el/Dra/ma.Org.
see his father and grandfather.
But I had no idea why he was mad at my mother. He didn't even allow me to live with her.
I got so angry that I deliberately ignored him. He loved me so much, and he didn't want me to be angry,
so he tried to get my mother to come and stay with me. In addition, he told me that he was punishing
my mother for doing something wrong, and the three of us would be together soon.
Just when I thought my parents were going to get married and be together forever, my father's mother
died.
Many people said my mother killed my grandmother. I didn't believe it! I had a fight with several
children and asked Uncle Joey to dismiss several servants, who were gossiping over it.
At my grandmother's funeral, I saw my mother. I wanted to go with her, but my father didn't let me.
No matter how much I cried, he still forbade me to see my mother.
Later, I heard that my mother jumped off a building.
I didn't know what that meant, but I found out that my mother was sick and in the hospital.
She had been staying in the hospital for several days when I heard about it. I went to my father's
company, pushed aside a secretary who tried to stop me, and found my father in the meeting. "You
won't allow me to see my mom. I hate you. Mom is not a bad person! I hate you!" I shouted in tears.
It was the first time I had lost my temper with my father. Afterward, he took me back to his office under
the gaze of many of his colleagues.
But he didn't say anything.
I was so angry that I refused to talk to him for several days, but seeing him coming back late from work
every day, I felt sorry for him.
Then a strange woman called Cherry came to our house. Someone told me that she would marry my
father. That way, she would be my stepmother, and I had to call her mom.
Instead of causing trouble with my father, I slept and ate alone, and I stopped clinging to him in protest.
One night, my father held me and said, "If you behave like a good girl, I'll take you to see your mom."
So, to see my mother, I had to be a good girl.
I dutifully celebrated my birthday with Aunt Cherry, letting a number of photographers take pictures of
us, but I was actually tempted to kick the cake away.
I could finally meet my mother!
My father and Aunt Cherry brought me to a wedding. Soon after I entered the hotel, I saw my mother in
a wheelchair.
I wanted to cry; I wanted to call out to her, but my hand was held tightly by my father, so I had to
restrain the urge to.
I let Aunt Cherry offer me food, as if I was an obedient girl who liked being with her.
But, I was not happy at all.
I found my mother in the back garden of the hotel. She was talking to Uncle Thomas.
I disliked Uncle Thomas because he wanted to be my father, and I didn't want him to be.
I wanted to hug my mother so much that I ran to her. She was also excited to see me because she was
crying hard.
I ran to her without caring about anything, so I didn't pay attention to the road and fell down.
Seeing this, my mother tried to get up and help me, but she forgot that her leg was broken. As soon as
she got up, she also fell to the ground.
I really wanted to cry, but I could not. I knew that if I cried, she would get sadder.
When uncle Thomas took me to her arms, I wiped away her tears. Then, I hugged her and found that
she was much thinner than before.
