She walked out of the study room and went to her room to get dressed for work. After she was done, she put on a light makeup and wore her body spray. She picked up her phone and her bag before walking out of the room.

She climbed downstairs and met Arianna going through her phone.

“I’m going to the office now, you should take care of yourself” Hannah muttered as she moved towards Arianna and kissed her on the cheeks.

“Micheal” Hannah called surprised to see him.

“Hey” Michael smiled at her, she smiled at him in return before walking out of the house.

Brandon’s car was no longer in the compound, which meant only one thing, he had left for the company already.

Thankfully, her car tyre had been fixed. She opened her car door and hopped inside, she switched on the ignition before zooming off.

Meanwhile, Micheal who had just entered the house walked towards Arianna.

“Hey, you called me and said it was urgent,” Micheal said as she sat beside Arianna.

“Yeah, I think Robert is up to something and I want him to be followed, I want every one of his moves to be watched,” Arianna said and Micheal nodded in response.

Meanwhile, Jessica had just gotten to the hospital and went straight to Elizabeth’s ward, she met her lying on the bed with bandages, wrapped around her face and her neck..

“Grandma” Jessica called and Elizabeth raised her head and saw Jessica. Tears gathered in her eyes as she was in great pain.

“What happened to you? Who did this to you?” Jessica asked as she sat beside her and held her hands.

Tears gathered in Jessica’s eyes as she stared at her grandma. She was in so much pain, even though Elizabeth was a bitch, Jessica still cared for her so much, because she practically grew up with Elizabeth by her side.

Elizabeth tried speaking but she could speak. She tried speaking but Jessica didn’t understand what she was saying.

“I don’t understand what you are saying Grandma” Jessica said looking confused.

Elizabeth kept pointing and Jessica turned to see what she was pointing at, and then she saw Uncle Robert standing by the door.

“Mom, oh my goodness! What happened to you” Robert pretended to care as he moved towards Elizabeth.

Elizabeth kept trying to speak, trying to tell Jessica that it was Robert, but Jessica didn’t understand what she was saying.

“Go call the doctor, she must be in so much pain, ” Robert said and Jessica stood up to go call the doctor.

Immediately Jessica left, and Robert frowned.

“If you dare tell anyone I did this, I’m going to kill your precious granddaughter Jessica and make sure you never live to see the next day,” Robert said and Elizabeth stared at him with tears in her eyes.

“Do you understand?” Robert asked and Elizabeth nodded in response.

Just then Jessica came in with the doctor.

Jessica noticed Elizabeth was now looking so calm, unlike before. She stared at Robert suspiciously before looking away.

“Doctor, how is she?” Jessica asked the doctor who was done checking on her.

“She’s in lots of pain, the fire affected her throat, so for the time being she won’t be able to speak, but she will be fine.

I’ll ask the nurse to bring a book and a pen, in case you wish to communicate with her, you can ask her to write down whatever it is she wants to say” The doctor said and Jessica nodded in response.

The doctor walked out of the ward and a few seconds later, a nurse walked in and gave Jessica, a pen and a book before walking out.

“Grandma, who did this to you? You don’t have to speak, just write it here” Jessica said and gave the pen to Elizabeth.

She took the pen and paper and stared at Robert for some seconds before writing on the paper.

“It was an accident, I slipped and fell on the fireplace,” she wrote and gave it to Jessica who read it and sighed.

“I’m so sorry, Grandma, you are going to be fine,” Jessica said and Elizabeth nodded in response.

She stood up and left, leaving Elizabeth all alone with Robert.

She brought out her phone and dialed Matthew’s number, but it went straight to voicemail.

“Hey, Matthew. I know you don’t want to talk to me anymore, but I need to talk to you. I’m so sad right now and need a friend, please call me” she said and removed the phone from her ear.

She sighed as she remembered how Matthew had told him last night that he didn’t want anything with her again.

He did not want to be seen with Jessica again because the paparazzi had started digging out stuff about him and his family, here by putting his family’s life in danger.

He didn’t want to involve himself in what was going on between Jeff and Jessica, anymore. Jessica sighed and sat on the hospital’s bench, lots of thoughts going through her mind at the moment.

Meanwhile, the moment Jessica left, the doctor walked in.

Robert walked towards the doctor.

“Do you think her face will heal and return to normal?” Robert asked the doctor while he stared at Elizabeth.

“It’s a second degree burn, so yes,” The doctor said and Robert sighed.

“Well, I want you to perform a face surgery on her,” Robert said and the doctor turned to him.

“But why?” the doctor asked and Robert gave him a threatening look.

“Sure, a surgery can be done…….” The doctor said and Robert smiled.

“I have a sample of how I want her new looks to be,” Robert said and brought out a picture from his pocket.

It was a picture of Arianna.

“I want her to look exactly like this woman on the picture”
