Then that drama Queen came with hers. I didn't know how the lycan Prince got to notice her. I was quite glad when she hid herself but then the drama came on.

Immediately the dinner ended, I made sure to make my way to the clinic before Jaylen got a chance to. I went directly to the physician's office.

"How is Sam?" I asked.

"She's fine," he replied.

"So what's her issue?"

"Nothing serious".

I noticed that he was hiding something.

"Don't tell me that" I ordered.

"Ma'am, I can't tell you since we value the privacy of our patients" he replied.

I gave a smile. I don't think this man knows who I am. He's really joking with me.

I met my dad at home. He was already waiting for me. Since we were not so rich, we don't have many maids like the rest. My father only has this female that helps with cooking and then two others that help with cleaning a bit then don't stay at our place. "What's wrong?" He asked immediately if he saw me enter.

"None, send Lily out," he replied.

"Why ain't you at the pack house to receive the lycan Prince?" I asked.

"Gerard said he is not coming, likewise his stupid Beta. It would look awkward for me to say I'm going" he replied.

"Sam is pregnant" I dropped the shock.

My father looked so surprised. "What!"

"You shouldn't be surprised. She's his mate anyways" I said rudely.

"I know but..." My father didn't have anything to say.

"The next thing is a solution. We can't let Jaylen think that he is the father of that thing she carries. Once he does, I'm so doomed" I said nervously.

I don't know what that pregnancy will bring for me but then I'm not going down without trying my best.

"Let's get to Diana," my father said.

I got angry when he said that. It seems like he couldn't make a plan without contacting that witch.

"Dad, I don't think this is something we can't do for ourselves. Must we go to that witch?" I asked angrily.

"Who should we go to if not her. Even if we try a plan, she has to help us back it up with her powers" he said firmly.

"No. Let's work out a plan ourselves. We don't need her for now" I replied.

"I don't know why you hate her. She's really been trying all these".

"Just because you've made her your mistress doesn't mean she doesn't have flaws" I snapped.

"Mind your words child!" My Father shouted.

"I'm sorry dad. It's just that I don't trust her" I calm down.

Now is not that time for me to annoy my father. We really need a quick solution to this.

"It's because you are too careless yourself," he said in backchat.

I didn't say anything. I just looked at my father.

"Since you don't want us to go to Diana, what do you have in mind?" he said crisply.

"I'm sorry dad, I didn't mean to be rude" I apologised.

"It's fine. I understand your fears" he said but still blunt.

"Thanks dad" I gave him a smile. "What I have in mind is that we find someone to claim that pregnancy" I said.
